"What did she do??" That's his first question the moment I walk in his office, I frown sitting down across from him, shouldn't he be boiling with rage right now and searching for the one who dared harm his only daughter like any father would instead of calmly asking what Sophia did to justify her death

"She helped with my accident"

"Then she deserves whatever happened to her, the Vampires don't forgive traitors" he states calmly

"What about the fact that she's your daughter??" I ask leaning back in my chair, he shakes his head finally looking up from his computer

"You're my only daughter now, she made her bed let her lay in it....so what if she's my daughter?? she betrayed the vampires by planning against you" I silently nod standing up and walk out of his office, his right about the vamps not forgiving to traitors but as her father I had thought he'd be a little linient to his own daughter, and as much as I would love to say she's the way she is because of my relationship with Jalen we all know she hates me because of the way he treats me and always putting me first, she thinks I'm trying to take her family away from her and Vivian is encouraging her thoughts. I turn the corner just as Cassandra descents the stairs while looking at her phone and slow down my steps, she finally looks up from her phone and freezes on the spot with her eyes wide upon seeing me

Stopping infront of her I fold my arms and smile staring at her. Her eyes move from side to side to avoid making contact with mine, I mean I knew she's afraid of me I just thought it'll take a while before she lets her fear show. I roll my eyes side stepping her, the call earlier not only filled the blank spaces for me but also gave me the upper hand, I can't believe we housed an enemy and I risked not only my life but my babies to save her life....she's lucky their alive or else I would do worse things to her and her obsessed brother, but now that I know she's Emit's sister I can use her to get Lucas's coordinates if Emit doesn't yield, I mean I'm not stupid to even consider the fact that she might not be a part of this huge conspiracy against me and I'm pretty sure she has been to his house once or twice.

I chuckle walking in my room to take a quick shower, this all will be a funny story to tell but for now I need to go see my kids. I mean it all makes perfect sense now why it took Jason so long to pin point my position...she kept them away, and then there's her family keeping her existence a secret, I mean it doesn't matter what kind of method you use...DNA or pictures, she just doesn't come up and all of this was done just to keep us from learning the truth about her and exposing her, they would've managed unnoticed had they not kidnapped me and then gave the responsibility to keep me company to the only person in the house who didn't agree with their plans. After all of this discovery one thing stands out though....her friendship with Sophia, if me and my babies deserve to die for loving the same men she claims to love why is Sophia alive and vice-versa, I mean Sophia doesn't seem to have even the slightest clue that she was working for her brother so what is it with them?? I guess I'll need to find out soon.

Stepping out of the shower I dry myself and put on something comfortable then put my hair up in a half updo before grabbing my phone and jog outside to my car, jumping inside I put on some music and race straight to my house, it has been so long since I last saw my babies I bet they've started to think Sarah is their mother by now. A call comes through stopping my music, I groan accepting the call

"What is it Jalen??"

"Am I not allowed to worry about you??" He asks, I roll my eyes stopping at a traffic light and lean back in my seat

"No, worry about Cassandra...something tells me she needs you guys to assure her of her safety" he groans

"Where are you going??"
