Previously we saw Raynare head back to her club to report to Rias about Asia's existence, being present. Rias on hearing this, at first was shocked, then she hatched an evil plan, to try and get Asia so that Issei would follow, needless to say her plan was caught on by Sona, who threatened to expose her to her brother and tell Issei which got her to change her mind. Leaving Sona, made a vow to no longer protect Rias, if she goes down this path. Meanwhile with Issei, he was having a good time with his friends, as he did, Issei knew about somethings, however Issei and his friends were interrupted when a magic circle from the Gremory family revealed to be from Rias showed up, this angered everyone present to the point of even willing to torture her for information. She exclaimed she wanted his virginity, and this angered Issei, to the point that it even scared his own friends. However before anybody could say anything, Grayfia showed up, as she was surprised on the presence of two demons in a 'commoners' house, as she took Rias away, Issei and the others continued, to play their game. The next day, he and Asia head to school to see what has happened to Rias, as he entered Rias initially thought that Issei cared for her, but in reality he only was curious as to what happened, and why Rias was in his own home. Issei sat and eventually the visitor was revealed to be that of Riser Phenex, of the house of Phenex. Riser plays with Rias's hair, which she does not like, as she exclaims in disgust, Riser, was kind of forced to do this, this made Issei taunt her, that if that is what her family wants, as Riser likes him, Issei introduces himself, as the name clicks, Riser remembers his childhood friend, as they greet each other surprising everyone, Koneko comments about their perverted nature, this angers Riser, however Issei stops her, he brutally insults Koneko making her cry, as Rias intervenes commanding Issei to apologize, Riser stands by him, this nearly causes an aggression which was stopped by Grayfia, in the aftermath, Riser reveals the rest of his peerage, as he does Ravel and Issei also have a reunion, as they do, Riser kisses Yubullena making Issei jealous and Rias glare at him towards hatred, Riser taunts Issei, as Issei promises to get a girlfriend one day, as they do, Riser leaves for the night, and Grayfia informs the group about the rating game that would take place, in about 2 weeks, as Grayfia teleports to inform this to her master/husband. Rias then gets up and attempts to slap Issei, only for him to catch it and angrily respond that he does not care for her by any means, as he walked away raising his aura making the others fear him. 

Sona: So you're telling me that Riser was your childhood friend!?

Issei: That's true.

After the meeting with Rias, Issei was called by the student council courtesy of Momo Hanakai, she did not like Issei's presence, but Sona commanded her to do so, she believed that Issei was to be punished and to be expelled. However when it was confirmed that she wanted to have a conversation, with him. This angered Momo, but an aura flare made her run away.

This was not liked by most of the student council members, with the girls minus Tsubaki hating him for his false accusation against him, as well as them being afraid, that Issei might do something to her. Saji, on the other hand, did not like, since he was jealous with him having a crush on Sona, but at the same time pitied and respected him. 

Asia: Even I was surprised, you never told me about this.

Sona sighs and speaks

Sona: Anyways, I am glad you weren't violent with her....but I wouldn't be surprised you would.
