being cheated on was probably one of the worst things kang minji ever had to experience. it was one thing to see her boyfriend on top of another girl, but it was another thing that the girl happened to be one of her best friends. the worst thing was the humiliation that came with it.

gossip at minji's school spread as quickly as a virus. only one person would have to be infected with a certain knowledge and in the blink of an eye, everybody knew.

minji's fate was no exception to this, cause within a few days it seemed as if the whole school already knew. some students showed their pity, others talked her down, but most of them just found her pathetic for ruining her chances with one of the most well-liked guys in school.

the thing was, unlike minji, who was just as cursed as every other student who had something to gossip about, her ex-boyfriend jeno and her ex-best friend audrey got off the hook, since nobody knew what actually happened.

since nobody really knew what had caused the sudden break up between the uni's hottest couple, they started to make up their own theories in the replies of the gossip site. some suggested that minji was gay, while others just jumped to the conclusion that minji was the one who cheated.

needless to say, her reputation went down the drain, as well as her relationships and her sanity. but her reputation was the least for her worries right now, because the only thing she wanted was for jeno and audrey to feel how she felt.
