Maisie struggled to cover her face with her arms as her and her family were escorted into their home. Security blocking the fans from getting too close as the fans got more and more excited. Someone's hand landed on her back, guiding her into the building before the door was shut, the screaming of the fans suddenly muffled.
She looked over at her brother, who was nervously standing next to their mother. After the release of Midnights, the fans and paparazzi were following them like crazy, desperate to even get a glimpse of the woman who had released yet another amazing album.
Their mother, the legendary Taylor Swift, set her hand on his shoulder before she smiled and turned to walk towards her room, leaving the two children alone in the entryway.
They stood in an awkward silence for what felt like forever, until Oliver finally spoke up. "I'm gonna go make lunch, do you want something?"
"Yeah, thanks." Maisie looked down at her phone, where a groupchat was spamming her phone like crazy. "Do they ever shut up?"
"Chill out, they're just having fun." He told her with a joking smile, "and I'm sure they feel the same when you're up all night gossiping with Zinnia."
"Hey! It's not my fault everyone falls asleep so early, we're just trying to have fun."
"Yeah well none of us wanna hear it!"
"Too bad!" Maisie hummed, looking down at her phone again. "I'm gonna go in my room, call me when lunch is ready."
He nodded and waved her off before turning to walk towards the kitchen.
Maisie walked into her room, unlike her brother, she hadn't moved out yet. She was freshly nineteen, and hadn't found a house that she wanted to live in yet.
She was sick of the cameras, especially of the people knowing where she lived. The way she can't even have her window open without photos being taken of her. Maisie just wanted to be free.
She walked over towards her bed, laying onto it before she texted the groupchat.

After a week or two of searching, the group came upon the perfect house. Adonis had actually discovered it. He sent a photo of the house and the entire group chat exploded with texts of approval.
They bought the house that day, splitting the bill evenly amongst the group.
Nothing could explain the amount of excitement in Maisie's eyes at the official paperwork of the house. It was a dream come true.
