Papers (Chapter 13)

~With Void~

Void laid on his bed looking up at the ceiling, he was exhausted yet he couldn't sleep, he has spent hours upon hours working on a plan to get back at the Star Sanses, but no matter what he came up with nothing seemed to satisfy him, paper with old plans were scattered everywhere, he didn't bother to clean them up, there was no point. He needed his plan to be foolproof, he wanted nothing to ruin it even if that meant years of perfecting one only for it to fail, he wouldn't stop until he gets his revenge on those so called 'heroes'.

Void was brought out of his train of thought when there was knocking at his door, "yes?" he answered

"hey boss" it was Dust "are you okay in there?" he asked

"you didn't come downstairs for dinner so we brought it up for you" said Horror

Void sighed "I'm not hungry"

"Void, you need to eat, this isn't healthy" Cross said

"I appreciate that you all care about my health but I don't need to eat like you guys to survive, I'll be fine I promise"

"if you don't open this door and eat this lasagna we're coming in there and we're force feeding you it" Killer said

Void laughed a little "you really think you can do that?"

"don't test us Void, you know we will try!" Killer yelled "I'm giving you until the count of three mister!"

Void sighed again, they really were idiots, but they were his Idiots

"one" Killer counted

Void got up from his bed and made his way towards the door of his room

"two-"

Void unlocked the door and opened it to reveal Dust, Horror, Killer and Cross

"that's what I thought" Killer said smugly with a triumphant smile

Void rolled his eye lights at Killer's smugness but quickly let it go knowing it was just who he was as a person

The four of them looked behind Void to see his usually pristine room now with papers covering almost every surface, including the floor and bed. Void hated it when the castle was dirty, let alone his room so this came as a surprise to the four, he was taking this worse then they originally thought.

Dust mumbled something under his breath before walking away leaving his friends a little confused, he quickly came back with a broom and mop in hand

"Dust, what are you doing?" Void asked as he raised an 'eyebrow'

"you said to all of us when we first came here that a clean home can help with depression, sitting in this isn't going to help you at all, now" he took the lasagna from Horror and handed it to Void "eat your lasagna well me and the others take care of this mess" he said before he pushed past Void and into the room

"Dust, get out of my room, I don't need help cleaning this up, it's my mess not yours so don't worry about it"

Dust turned on the light to the room and ignored the purple octopus that was his boss

Horror put his hand on Voids's shoulder "okay boss, whatever you say" said as he guided Void over to his paper covered desk, which he quickly cleaned off by pushing the discarded plans onto the floor "but how about you just sit down and eat your food"

Void sighed ones again, they weren't letting this go, he knew that for a fact, there was really no point in arguing with these idiots at this point, he was tired and just wanted to forget about everything "fine..."

"good" Horror looked at the door "Cross, get your a*s in here"

"but, I don't live here, so do I have to help clean?" asked the sentient oreo

"shut the hell up you walking talking oreo, you have your own room here, grab a broom or trash bag and get to work" Dust barked

Cross sighed in defeat though he didn't really put up much of a battle to begin with "fine..."

Horror looked at Void for a moment then an idea popped up in his cracked skull "I'll be right back guys" he said as he grabbed his phone from his pocket and quickly made his way out of the room

"where the hell are you going?" Killer asked

"calling someone"

"oh gee thanks, that gives us all so much information" Killer said sarcastically

Horror flipped him off, which Killer returned, before continuing to leave the room

~Somewhere else~

Lust was asleep when he got a phone call out of nowhere, he woke up after a few rings and look towards the phone "who could be calling me so late...?" he asked his sleepy self. After almost going blind by the bright screen he looked at the caller ID 'Teddy Bear💕'. Lust sat up and rubbed his 'eyes' before answering the phone "hey Teddy" he yawned "what's up?"

"hey Lust, sorry to wake you up" Horror said

"It's fine love, is something wrong?" he asked

"no, I just want to ask you a favor real quick"

Lust hummed "and that is?"

"Void has been having a hard time recently, because of... You know, and I thought we could do something nice for him"

"like?" Lust questioned

"we could make him a new outfit as a surprise, he's been wearing his current one for a while and maybe he would feel better with a new one"

Lust thought for a moment "I guess I can do that, but I'm out of fabric at my place and Ink would probably get a little suspicious if I were to do it at his, luckily, me, Blue, Vio and Wish we're planning on going to the mall sometime anyways"

"Wish? Who's Wish?" Horror asked

"Ink and Blue's new member"

"oh, okay"

"but I can do that, I'll text them in the morning and tell them we're going to the mall"

"okay, thanks Bunny, I'll talk to you later"

"no problem Hun, tell Void and the others I say hi"

"will do! Love you"

"love you to Teddy" Lust said before he ended the call, he placed his phone back on the bedside table and fell back asleep

~Back at the castle~

Horror put his phone in his pocket as he made his way back towards Voids room "I'm back" he said as he entered the room, Voids's plate was now empty and almost all the papers have had been cleaned up

Dust looked at him "it's about time, since he took so long with your little phone call there you're on mopping duty"

Horror nodded "aye aye captain" he said with a smile, he looked at Void who was now helping Cross clean and reorganize his desk

"ay, one eye pete" Dust said which made Horror look at him "start mopping the floor"

Horror rolled his eye light but started doing just that
