Elizabeth probably has ADHD. She either can't stay focused on anything or hyperfixates on one certain thing. She gets distracted easily and often zones out in conversation, has the energy to achieve anything but the focus to do nothing, is incredibly impulsive and infodumps about a subject for no real reason. This is part of the reason why people bully her, but as they know, they won't get very far doing that.
