Just like Clara and Elizabeth, William and Michael are the spit image of each other, hence why the animatronics always thought that Michael was his father. The only real differences between the two is their eyes and body figure. Where William was born with the purple-eye mutation, Michael has pale blue eyes instead. In terms of body figure, William was always slightly taller than Michael (when he was an adult) and much thinner in comparison, whereas Michael was a little stockier and had a little more muscle to him.
