Lakad takbo akong nagtungo sa front desk ng makarating sa ospital.
"Ms. I am looking for Tricia Cast — Tricia Robredo."
Room 318. Thirdfloor. Iyon ang paulit ulit sa isip ko habang nasa elevator.
When I got out of the elevator I saw Ate Aiks outside of the room, seems like she has been long waiting for me.
"Ate Aiks, what happened? Where is Tricia?"
I saw anger in her eyes when she walked passed me.
"Let's talk, follow me."
Nagtatalo ang isip ko kung susunod ba ako sakanya o dederetso sa kwarto kung nasaan ang mag ina ko?
"Ate, I want to see them. Makakapag hintay naman siguro ang dapat natin pag usapan?"
Tumigil siya ng pag lalakad at matalim niya akong tiningnan.
"Well, this can't wait and I am not sure if she wants to see you."
I was confused. Bakit ako hindi gugustuhing makita ni Trish? Ano ba ang nagyayari?
"How can you explain this?"
She handed me her phone. Nasa may fire exit kami kung saan walang dumadaan na mga tao. I was so clueless as to why I have pictures with Lilly on her phone. And it were not just simple pictures one of those is that we are both half naked and I am on top of her. Fuck!
"So, gulat na gulat ka? What's your excuse? That you didn't know anything about this? Lasing ka? Tell me."
"At iyon naman po ang totoo Ate Aiks. Wala akong alam sa mga pictures na yan.
There was a celebration after our field work. I even informed Trish about it. Sinabi ko din sakanya na nalasing ako. Pero wala akong alam sa mga pictures na 'to or anything that has something to do with Lilly I swear Ate Aiks. Hindi ko maalala na nandoon siya — that celebration is only for the graduating batch.
Kanino galing yang mga pictures na yan? "
" Someone sent it to Patty. Hindi ko alam kung kailan pa nakita ni Patty ang mga pictures na yan but obviously hindi naging maganda ang dating sakanya kaya nga tayo nandito sa ospital. At kahit ako hindi ko alam anong iisipin ko sa mga pictures na yan.
Seriously Carmelo, half naked on top of your ex girlfriend while your wife — pregnant wife is waiting for you to come home, and you will tell me na hindi mo alam? Come on!
"I swear Ate Aiks hindi ko po alam kung paano at bakit may ganyang pictures. Hurting her is the very last thing I will do."
"Gusto kitang paniwaalan Carmelo pero hindi ko alam kung paano. I will allow you to see her pero kung hindi ka gustong makita ni Patty wala na akong magagawa. Sana nga talagang wala kang alam sa mga litratong 'to."
She was about to leave pero may pahabol pa siyang sinabi.
"Mama doesn't know anything about this yet and your mom is there too, so get your shit together!"
Fuck! Fuck! Fuck! Anong ginawa mo Lilly? Shit!
