Ariana's POV The next day I was cooking brunch for the three of us since my mom worked late last night and Johnny and I slept in.

I was feeling giddy, like Eros struck me with his bow.
I was humming a tune and setting the table while Johnny was taking a shower when my mom came down. She eyed me and the food before asking "Coffee?" I happily chirped "Right here!" While handing her a cup of coffee in her favorite mug.
She looked at me weirdly before grabbing it and saying "Thanks" before sitting down she stared at me as I continued to aesthetically place the food and drinks around the table "What-" before she can finish, however, Johnny walks out now fully dressed for the day and say "Wow, princess, that smells amazing!"

I beam at him as gears start turning in my mother's head. He walks over and sits down, not before pecking my cheek, and looks to my mom and says "Good morning, Ms. Swan, how'd you sleep?" My mom was already used to spending the night here almost every night as he didn't get along with his foster mom, but the outward display of affection threw her off.
"Oh! Umm, I slept fine....how did you kids sleep?" She asked as I sat down "We slept great!" Johnny said before grasping my hand making my mom's eyes zero in on our intertwined hands "Mom there's something we have to tell you..." I start nervously making her eyes snap back up to me in excitement.
Johnny then said "Ms. Swan, I'm dating your daughter" my mom practically leaped out of her chair to embrace us "About time! I was worried that I'd die before you two got together!" We both flushed crimson at her words before she pulled away and placed her hands on Johnny's shoulders and saying "Honey, feel free to call me Momma Mel."
Johnny awkwardly said "Okay..." I blinked and asked "Wait, so you knew we had feelings for each other?" My mom gave me a bland look and said, to my horror, "Sweetie, the whole town knew."
My head thumped on the table as Johnny nervously laughed and said "Well, this went better than I expected" I glowered up at him as my mom sat back down and began making her plate "We should invite your father and Mera to meet him before graduation..." She commented causing me to become nervous.
Johnny and I exchanged looks, having discussed this last night and already knowing what he have to do, before turning back to my mom and I started by saying "There's something else..." mom looks up at me in confusion and asks "What else is there?" Johnny then finishes with "Uh, well, my birth mom is kinda sorta.....Wonder Woman."
