TWO YEARS LATER
(since the battle)
Honorary Na'vi, Norm, visits the Sullys in his Avatar as he does every so often. Neteyam is to be the next clan leader. His ceremony is especially special, as the Ometicaya have agreed to the Sully family returning to leadership through their eldest.
When the ceremony is over, Norm and (Y/N) visit graves made for the twins. One is made entirely to Spider, as the teen has passed. Though his body is at the bottom of the ocean with his father, the grave honors the adventurous teen the lab had grown to know. The other grave is for (Y/N)'s literal human body.
The twins had a choice, whether to be human or Na'vi. (Y/N) still misses Spider sometimes, wishing he never chose the way of the humans.
She takes her necklace off, and takes off the piece of unobtanium from it. Norm discreetly wears a shocked expression, thinking he threw the entire rock away. (Y/N) places the rock on her brother's grave, wanting to leave the rock and all the bad memories with it.
Instead, she tries to remember the Spider she knew before they met their father in the woods.
