H.ayami Mochizuki was raised in a stern household, her father sheltering her and her older siblings from what went on outside. As rogues, their powers would be deemed as something not to be touched by humans, and that wasn't ideal in 'normal' eyes. In her early life, Hayami was homeschooled and taught by her mother, all the basic things you would need in school. And her father? He taught her how to fight, with and without her powers. Hayami's father always wanted a son, and so subconsciously he raised his daughters in tough situations. Hayami, however, didn't necessarily enjoy any of the rigorous and tedious training her father put her through, she wanted to be outside, doing what other normal people could do.
Luck was on her side when her mother suggested sending her to Rue Morgue Institute, to prepare Hayami for the actual world. She couldn't just stay in the house forever, right? After months and months of talking, her mother convinced her father to let her go. It's going to be a school filled with other rogues anyway, all shouldn't be too bad... at least that is what her parents assume.
