She is a daydreamer,
an aficionado of the stars,
and you could find her
in the evening,
tracing a myriad of scars
with a celestial soothing,
one she conjures
from above,
yet although the stars
are her saviours,
she is bathed in moon's
luminescent love,
and a sweet,
sanguine sorrow,
swept on the crest of
the lunar tide,
and a welling of emotion
that ebbs and flows
inside.
