S1 Episode 3

It was a beautiful morning In Duckburg. The kids were up having breakfast except for Dewey. Tonight is Uncle Scrooge anniversary for his business and Dewey been thinking about signing at his party tonight but, he is nervous. If he mess up then people will laugh at him. So he been practicing for weeks and weeks, now he thinks he is ready to sing.
Dewey- Okay Dewey. You got this. Just sing your songs that you wrote and hopefully everyone will love it, including Webby.
Dewey can't stop thinking about Webby and he wrote this song how he feels about her.
Dewey: Okay. Here we go.
Then all of the sudden one of his guitar strings was snapped In half.
Dewey: Aw man. Now I have go to the music store and buy me a new string for my guitar.
Then Dewey look around If anyone was listening to him sing but, he didn't see anyone so, he snuck out of the garage and he went to his room and he put on his jacket and he was heading out.
Meanwhile In the kitchen. Della and miss Beakley are cooking breakfast for the kids.
Della: I will tell them that breakfast is ready.
Then Della walked out and went In the front room and the kids was watching Tv.
Della: Kids. Breakfast is ready.
Kids: Okay.
Della: Wait, where is Dewey?
Dewey: Don't worry mom, I am right here.
Della: Good.
Huey: Wait, why do you have your jacket on for?
Dewey: Oh... well, one of my guitar strings is broken so I have to get a new string.
Della: Your not going have breakfast with us?
Dewey: I would mom but, this is important right now.
Webby: More then having breakfast with your family and your friends.
Dewey: Umm... Huey, can I speak to you privately?
Huey: Sure.
Then they went to there room.
Huey: What is going on with you?
Dewey: Look, you can't tell anyone about this.
Huey: Tell anyone about what?
Dewey: Okay. You already know that my guitar strings is broken, right?
Huey: Yes. You just told us about it.
Dewey: Right. Anyway, I was going to get a new string because... I wanted to sing at party tonight.
Huey- Really, you want to sing at the party?
Dewey- Yes. I been practicing for months now and I am ready.
Huey- Well, I didn't know you was practicing. Wait, where do you practice?
Dewey- Umm... I don't have time to answer your question right now. I need to go to the music store before I can get ready for the party.
Huey- Don't worry, we will get everything ready for the party. Just get your guitar strings and get back home before Uncle Scrooge and Donald notice that you was gone.
Dewey- Okay.
Then the boys went out of their room and Dewey went outside to wait on Launchpad.
(15 minutes later.)
Launchpad still hasn't show up let.
Dewey- Come on. Where is Launchpad?
Then Webby went outside to talk to Dewey.
Webby- Hey Dewey.
Dewey- Hey Webby.
Webby- What are you doing out here?
Dewey- I am waiting on Launchpad.
Webby- Really, why?
Dewey- Because... I am getting something for the party and it is a surprise.
Webby- Oh I love surprises. Can I come with you?
Dewey- You can't go with me.
Webby- What... but, why?
Dewey- Because... I already called someone to meet me there.

Just then Launchpad show up.
Dewey- Hey, Launchpad show up. Aw man, I wish I can answer your question but, I have to go now.

Then they left.

In the limbo Dewey and Launchpad was talking.
Dewey: What took you so long, Launchpad?
Launchpad: Sorry buddy, I was really busy when you called me.
Dewey: Well, it was a good thing you show up.
Launchpad: I know. I was sick In traffic for a bit. Again, sorry I didn't get you earlier.

Launchpad: Anyway, what was going on with you and Webby?
Dewey: What! Nothing is going on with me and Webby. We are just best friends and that it.
Launchpad: I was just saying because, Webby said that you was meeting someone at the music store.
Dewey: Okay. I did said that. Wait, how did you know that I was heading to the music store.
Launchpad: Oh, Huey told me when he called me.
Dewey: Dang it, Huey. I knew that he couldn't keep a secret.
Launchpad: So why are you going to the music store?
Dewey: I have to get a new string for my guitar.

Dewey: Well... okay please don't tell anyone about this but, I am going to sing at the party tonight.

Dewey: I didn't say it like that but, ya I do have a crush on a girl.

Dewey: Woah... I already told my brother about it.
Launchpad: But, I am your best friend and I am really good at keeping secrets.

Then they finally made it at the music store.

Then Dewey walked In the music store.

Then Dewey grad the string and wait at the counter to pay for it.
Then Drake show up.
Drake: Gosalyn? Where are you?
Dewey: Drake?
Drake: Oh hey Dewey. How are you doing?
Dewey: Good. Just getting string for my guitar.
Drake: Really, I didn't know you played guitar?
Dewey: I been playing guitar since I was 5 years old.
Drake: Well, anyway have you seen Gosalyn?
Gosalyn: I am right here, dad.
Drake: Good. Because, I need to talk to you.
Dewey: Anyway, I just pay my stuff so, I will see you guys at the party then.
Drake: Yes. You will see us at the party.

It 6:30 and the party about to begin In 30 minutes. Lot of people been showing up for the party.
Huey is in the front area meeting the guest. Louie is in the ballroom and making sure that everything is ready. Dewey... well, he is looking for Uncle Scrooge to asked If he can sing tonight at the party. So he knocked on his office room but, he heard something In there. He couldn't tell what it was but, he heard peoples talking and then the door opened and Dewey hide behind the big plants. It was Goldie and Scrooge and it looks like they were talking.
Goldie: I will see you when you come down, Scroogy.
Scrooge: Okay Goldie.
Then she left. Then Dewey got out of the plants and he knocked on Scrooge door.
Scrooge: Who it is this time?
Dewey: Hey Uncle Scrooge.
Scrooge: Dewey. What are you doing up here?
Dewey: I need to talk to you Uncle Scrooge.
Scrooge: Okay. Come In.
Dewey: Then Dewey went In his office room and he sit on a chair.
Scrooge: Is there something bothering you, lab?
Dewey: No. Nothing is bothering me but... can... can I sing at your party?
Scrooge: What? You want to sing at my party.
Dewey: I been practicing for months now and I am ready.
Scrooge: Practicing. Wait, were you was In the garage the last few months?
Dewey: Yes. I was In your garage but, it was the only place that I can practice my songs.
Scrooge: Wait, you wrote a song all by yourself?
Dewey: Yes. I did and I know that people will love my song. So... can I sing tonight?
Scrooge: Well... sure why not.
The Dewey hugs Uncle Scrooge.

Meanwhile In Webby room the girls are getting ready for the party.
Lena: Ugh. Why do I have to wear a... dress to this party.
Violet: It a McDuck party. You always have to wear a tuxedo or a dress.

Webby: Oh come on Lena. Louie is going love your dress and it also your favorite color.
Then Webby got out of her bathroom and she was wearing a pink dress with a pink bow.

Then miss Beakley opened the door.
Beakley: Girls are you ready.
Then she saw her granddaughter In her dress.
Beakley: Webby. You look so beautiful sweetie.
Webby: Thank granny. I hope Dewey notices me In this dress.
Lena: Course Dewey will noticed you In that dress.
Violet: Why won't he notice you?
Webby: Dewey been acting weird today.
Violet: Maybe he is just nervous about the party.
Webby: I don't know. He been acting weird the last few weeks. I know that he is my best friend but...
Beakley: But, what honey?
Webby: Guys. Can I talk to my granny for a minute, along please.
Violet and Lena: Sure.
Then they left Webby room.
Beakley: Webby? Is there something that you need to tell me?
Webby: Yes. Granny... I like Dewey.
Beakley: Ask a friend?
Webby: No. I have a crush on him.
Beakley: What? You have a crush on Dewey?
Webby: Yes. I have a crush on him since we first met. I didn't know what to do because, I was only a kid and I am still a kid but, I am about to be a teenager soon and I know that my feelings will get stronger and I don't know If I can control it.
Beakley: Webby. I know that you can control your feelings. You need to tell Dewey how you feel about him.
Webby: Wait, you are not going to say that I can't started dating until I am 14 years old or something like that.
Beakley: No. I will allow you date any boy you want but, don't date trouble maker.
Webby: Okay granny.
Then Webby hugs Beakley.
(Now we are going skip to where Dewey is going to sing his song that he wrote by himself.)
Now Scrooge is on the stage.
Scrooge: Ladies and Gentlemen. Welcome to Annual McDuck Enterprises party. We have a recorder year and I want to thank everyone who make McDuck Enterprises the best business In Duckburg.
Then everyone started clapping.
Scrooge: Now I have a special guest here to sing and making his first appearance is my nephew Dewey Duck.
Everyone except Scrooge: Dewey!
Dewey: Hi guys. I am Dewey Duck and ya this is my first time singing for a group of peoples. Well, I wouldn't called you people, I would called you employees who worked for my uncle and make no money what so ever.
Then everyone started laughing.
Dewey: Anyway, I wrote this song and I hope you like it.

Donald: Course he got it from his uncle voice.
Dewey: Sure... let go with that.
Webby: Dewey that was amazing.
Then Dewey was blushing because, he never Webby this beautiful before.
Dewey: You look beautiful tonight.
Webby: Aw, Thank. You look pretty handsome.
Then they just look at each other.
Huey: I can't believe that you didn't tell us you can sing.
Dewey: What! You guys heard me sing before.
Louie: We have but, not like that.
Launchpad: Wow. Dewey you sound amazing.
Lena: Maybe you should started a youtube channel of your singing voice.
Dewey: I don't know.
Lena: Dewey, you got all of us attention.
Webby: Ya, you got my attention.
Then Webby walked up to Dewey and she kissed him on his cheek.
Both Dewey and Webby blushed.
Then they party for few hours and the party was over and everyone leaves and the kids went to bed.
