UMUMUM SO EARLIER, ME AN MY BUDDY/LONG-DISTANT-FRIEND-I-WAS-HARDCORE-CRUSHING-ON-RECENTLY WERE TEXTING WHILE I WAS ON A LONG DRIVE.
WELL, I SAID, "yknow for some reason Ive been like really hyperfixating on having a gf lately instead of a bf and idk why :/ " and she responded, "Ya know im always right here 😏" AS A JOKE and I said, "*that one time I confessed*" TO WHICH SHE REPLIED, "OH YEAH I FORGOT ABOUT THAT."

There was a short back-and-forth so I'll just jUmp to the point:

Her: OH can I confess something?
Me: U-um yeah
Her: *two minutes later* So when you confessed to me an I turned you down, I was Stoopid and kiiinda started gettin a lil crush on you and you kept tellin me about this guy you liked ;-;
Me: OH FUCK
Me: WELL UH IF IT MEANS ANYTHING I REDEVELOPED A MASSIVE CRUSH ON YOU  IN JANUARY BUT I LET IT SORT ITSELF OUT BC I KNEW YOU DIDNT LIKE ME BUT ITS STILL KINDA THERE...........?
Her: WHEN THAT HAPPENED I ASKED MY MOM ABOUT IT CUZ I WAS GONNA SAY SMTH BUT SHE SAID I COULDNT
Her: She just doesnt like long distance relationships and she said she didnt want me possibly ruining what we have
