TW‼️

Gojo was shocked. So was Geto.
Geto put his hand to his forhead, looking down after he had done so. The colour of his face drained as he saw so much blood on the hand of his. Geto couldn't hear Gojo's attempts of him trying to get him back to reality, but he already was too far gone anyway. His past caught up to him. All of the crimson liquid he had seen that day. All the screaming and crying from his mother and himself. The howling sirens of the police cars in the background. All of it came back to him in this moment. Everything he tried to push down and forget.
His ears were ringing, his eyes almost closed from the blood dripping down on them. Due to the blood loss he had to endure his eyes getting even heavier and his consciousness slowly draining away. Gojo panicked and didn't know what to do at all.  A few minutes passed and he decided to finally help the raven haired.
„Shit man let's get you out of here."
Gojo wanted to help him walk but quickly changed his plan as he noticed that Geto was not close to being able to walk. He thought about the situation for a second before gently putting Geto on his back and gave him a piggy ride to the infirmary.
The university was really in need for some teachers because as they got to the infirmary they were greeted with Shoko.
„Come on in you two. And while that tell me what happened."
Gojo wondered if he should tell the truth or not, but he wanted to get revenge for that bitch ass drug addict. So he didn't.
„Not sure what exactly happened, i found him like this near some steps. Might have hit his head or something."
Shoko side eyed him, not believing a single word the white haired said but let it slide.
„Well that looks bad, needs some stitches. You can go if you want, i'll let him stay over for the night, seems like he lost some blood."
Gojo hummed but didn't move. He watched Shoko's movements and fine stitches that were most likely  going to leave scars on Geto's forehead. He was deep in thoughts, subconsciously staring at Geto.
"You want to stay with him dont you?"
Shoko punched him back to reality.
"Won't hurt anyone will it?"
Shoko sighed and nodded.
"You better hide from the janitor then. That old man doesn't want to see any people around here. Now then, if Suguru needs anything, please, i'll be just next door, come to me whenever."
With that Shoko went out the door and Gojo let himself slide down a wall sighing deeply.
He felt like a burden. He didn't know what was going on with the Mahito and Geto thing and he couldn't even really help him now.
"God i'm useless"
Slightly laughing at his own words he stood up, his laugh abruptly ending just like it had started. He decided that he'd grab the food from a bit earlier and bring it to the nursing office, in case Geto woke up and was hungry. The least he could do for him right now.
With the food in hand he made his way back to Geto, tiredly walking around the empty hallways, stopping when he saw a vending machine. It wasn't a food or drink vending machine though, in it were school supplies like pencils or sticky notes. But what caught his eye were the sakura tree keychains. He pondered with his thoughts, thinking about if it would be too much if he got him and Geto matching ones but in the end, he just couldn't resist.
Happily he went back to Geto, opening the door and greeting him with a cheerful smile.
Geto though was dead asleep and the atmosphere was rather depressing than happy and Gojo turned a switch and got serious again.
He put the things down he had brought with him and sat down on the edge of the bed where Geto laid, careful not to wake him.
After a while Gojo started to hum some melodies, ignoring the grumbling of his stomach. He didn't want to eat without Geto and surely wouldn't do so. Gojo stood up and stretched himself a bit. Spotting a chair, he put it right beside the sleeping figure and sat down again. He looked over Geto's face, taking in the smoothness of his skin, his long lashes and of course the still fresh cut on his forehead. His eyes softened and he put his hand on the other one's cheek, caressing it gently.
He remembered Geto's facial expression when he saw the blood on his hand. He muttered some words, something along the lines please not again Dad and he knew it must have been something from his past. He wouldn't bring it up though, if Geto ever wanted to talk to him, he would listen.
A bittersweet smile reached it's way up to Gojo's lips, being replaced with a look of shock as the raven haired slowly opened his eyes. He pulled away his hand as fast as he could and greeted the young man with a cheerful smile.
"Good morning sleepy head!"
Geto sat up, looking around and taking his surroundings in, remembering the past events. His eyes ended up looking at Gojo, feeling a little more at ease, knowing that he was with him.
"How do you feel? Got any pain? Are you hungry? By the way i got you something!"
Geto was overwhelmed with questions, forgetting the unpleasant thoughts about Mahito and what he had done. He smiled softly while Gojo went to grab said little surprise.
"Tadaa!! I got us matching keychains! A sakura tree for you and one for me! What do you say?"
Geto couldn't help but chuckle at how cute yet corny this gesture was but nonetheless he gladly accepted the little gift, wiping an imaginary tear.
"How do you feel?"
Gojo couldn't help but to be concerned.
"I'm fine. Just a little hungry thats all"
"God my highness excuse my rudeness. The meal shall be served right away."
With a teasing undertone he grabbed the bag of food and placed it on Geto's legs, covered by the blanket.
"Why, thank you, slave."
The night was long and filled with laughter and conversations, yet not a single word about the events from before had fallen.
