"Yeah it's fine. I'll do the signature on the consent form." Heeseung smiled as he took his pen out and signed the form.

"Thankyou Heeseungie hyung." Sunoo said as he felt his heart melting for the nth time.

"It's nothing Sun. I'm glad to be called your guardian. Anything about your dad though?" Heeseung asked as he looked at the boy whose smile faded.

"I met my neighbour in the convenience store yesterday. She said my dad was searching for me, but hyung... I'm scared. I don't want to go-" Sunoo said as his eyes were on the ground when he was engulfed in a tight hug.

Damn you Lee Heeseung! If I ever died of a heart attack I will blame your whole existence!!

Sunoo felt a hand patting his head.

"It's okay Sun. You can take your time here. Nobody is forcing you to go. Hoon is happier when you're around." Heeseung said smiling.

"A-and you, hyung?"

"Huh?"

"Are you happy when I'm around?"

Heeseung felt heat creeping up on his cheeks as he chuckled and nodded, leaving a shy Sunoo staring at his back.

"Mom?" Jake entered his mom's study desk as his mom looked up, smiling.

"Yes, Jakey?" She asked.

"Are you still working? It's so late at night! It's not good for you." He said as he sighed.

"I know baby, if it'll be too much, I will stop working and take rest right away, okay?" She said as she patted her son's head.

"Our winter camps are next week. Can you sign on the consent form?"

"Sure! It will be a nice experience for you."

"Mom... I want to ask something." Jake mumbled as he looked down.

"Go ahead, say it Jake." She asked patting his head, lovingly.

One touch, and Jake couldn't control his tears. The only people around whom he could be vulnerable were Jay and his mom.

"Mom... I've hurt someone, real bad. I regret it. I can't help but think about him every time. Because of me, he must be suffering so much, and it makes me feel like I don't deserve you as my mom." He said between his sobs as Ms. Sim smiled and pat his shoulder.

"Hey Jakey, look here. The fact that you realize and accept how much pain you gave to the boy already makes you a good human being. Admitting our mistakes makes the work half done already. I don't know what you did, but it's your chance to mend your mistakes, okay? Apologize to him, properly. Admit in front of him, whatever you admitted right now in front of me, alright?" She said as she pecked her son's forehead.

Jake smiled and nodded now that he clearly knew what he was supposed to do now. He was so blessed to get a mother who understood him. He thanked her as he ran upto his room to facetime Jay.

"Wow, I'm witnessing a historical moment right now. Sim Jaeyun himself called us first." Jay taunted as he laughed.

"Shut up, Jjong. Anyways listen, we're all going to the camp right?" Jake asked to ensure if Jay was going.

"Yeah. I'm going. Just went to take a sign on the consent form. You were saying...?" Jay asked Jake as his eyebrows rose.

"Well... I'm planning to properly apologise to Sunghoon and his friends. We were absolute jerks." He mumbled as he refused to look at the camera of the phone.

"Well... better late than never. Let's do that Jake. We know we were being so dumb and annoying. They even got suspension-" Jay replied.

Sunghoon took a deep breath as he finally locked the convenience store for the nth time because Lia could go on a date with Ryujin. But he liked being alone, so it was good for him. Don't get him wrong he really loved Heeseung, Ni-ki and Sunoo but sometimes he needed his own personal space, moreover, Ryujin and Lia had helped him a lot.

He plugged in some chill rnb music and walked alongside the footpath of the busy road. The horns and honks were annoying. The people those were chatting with each other were annoying. The couples on the side acting all lovey dovey were annoying. He tried to breath deeper to make him feel a little bit calmer. Suddenly he looked at a car that was going on high speed and almost crashed into a street cat.

His eyes widened. His heart started beating very fast. He started gasping for air. His hands started shaking. His eyes started shaking. He could feel air pass through his cold sweat, making him feel colder in those harsh winters. Without realizing, his mind slowly started visualizing how his parents could've gone. He wanted to stop all this. He didn't want to think all that. His hands involuntarily made way towards his ears and he crouched down near the border of the footpath.

"No.. no..no...Heeseung hyung... Ni-ki..... Sunoo.... someone..p. please.. help-"

"Sunghoon!" A boy whose face wasn't clear through his blurry vision which was due to the tears, came in front of his eyes. He knew the boy, he knew the voice. But his brain was occupied and overwhelmed, so all he could do was to hug him and cry. The familiar guy stroked his back, whispered some words of comfort near his ear, and then it clicked to Sunghoon.

Taken aback, he immediately pulled out of the hug.

"I'm- sorry- I didn't mean to-"

The boy held his shaking hands as he squeezed them together with his, it would be great if that makes him even a little bit warm.

"It's fine, Hoon. Let's go get some water first, okay?" The boy said as he smiled at him. His smile...
