We start our story with a young boy named Izuku Yagi and his sister going to get their quirks checked out. Once they got to the doctor the kids were excited they couldn't wait for the doctor to call for them.
Doctor: Ms. Yagi?
Inko: that's us.
They then follow the doctor.
Doctor: I'm to assume that you are here to see your kid's quirks?
Inko: that is correct.
Doctor: okay I'll need a bit of blood to get the test going.
The doctor would get some blood to see what their quirk could be. After a few mins, the doctor came back with the results.
Doctor: well Ms Yagi both your kids possess a quirk.
Inko: that's good to hear!
Doctor: your daughter has a telekinesis-based quirk.
Inko: so similar to mine.
Izumi: so I'm like Mom! Yay!
Inko would chuckle at her daughter's antics.
Doctor: and for your son... we don't have a name for it.
Izuku: what does that mean?
Doctor: well... it means you can choose a name for it.
Izuku: really!?
Doctor: now. Is it okay if I talk to your mom in private?
The kids were confused about why the doctor wanted to speak to their mom but they listen and waited outside.
Inko: what did you need to speak to me about?
Doctor: it's about your son.
Inko: is he okay?
Doctor: he's completely fine. It's his quirk.
Inko: what's wrong with his quirk?
Doctor: it's what it can do.
The doctor would explain what izuku quirk can do. (it's cross sans with the hack Knife abilities. In other words, he has sans ability. Along with creating knives and controlling people)
Inko was shocked to hear what her son can do.
Doctor: it would be best to tell him only the first half of his quirk ( the sans half)
Inko:...
Doctor: I can understand this may be hard to understand.
Inko: it's fine. Thanks you doctor.
Inko then took a deep breath and walk out and told the kids they were going home. On the way home Inko would tell Izuku what his quirk can do. The kids then asked if they could go play with the Bakugo and Todoroki twins. She allowed them. She would drop them off at the park telling them to be safe. After that, she would have gotten home.
Toshi: welcome back! Where are the kids?
Inko: they playing with the twins.
Toshi: oh! So how did the visit to the quirk doctor go?
Inko: well they both have quirks.
Toshi: that's great! They both can be great heroes.
Inko: well...
Toshi: what's wrong?
Inko: it's about izuku...
Toshi: is something wrong with him?
