Carlisle: Likewise. And this little one?
Me: This is my niece Hope.
Carlisle: A turned baby?
Me: No. Hayley, Eli's mate gave birth to her.
Carlisle: Oh? Elijah has a daughter?
Me: No, Klaus does.
He looks at me surprised.
Me: It is a long story.
Carlisle: It seems that the families have a lot of people to meet. How about a family night tonight?
Me: Let me text my siblings. *I text in our group chat to see if everyone is fine with family night. No one had any objections* Seems like it is on. We can do it at my place. Seven sound good to you?
Carlisle: Sounds great. See you then.
Me: See you.
Kathrine: He seems really nice.
Me: He is. His family is some of the only vampires I know that are on a animal diet.
Kathrine: Oh really? Stefan is on that too.
Me: Didn't you have a past with thoes brothers?
Kathrine: I did, yes.
Me: Was it a relationship with them?
Kathrine: It was. But it is long over. *I stay silent* Lets get home.
Me: As you wish.
We drive back home and enter the house.
Nik: If it isn't the devil herself.
Kathrine: Klaus. Do not start with me.
Nik: I have no idea what you are speaking of. *She huffs* I was just thinking of your past relationship with some vampires we know.
Kathrine: Niklaus. *She says in a warning tone. I hand Hope to Bekah*
Nik: What? Have you not told my sister?
Kathrine: There is nothing to tell. It is over and done with.
Nik: Oh really? I heard that one of the brothers are looking for you right now. Seems as if he wants you back.
Kathrine: As I have said. It is over with. Why are you trying to stir things up for no reason?
Me: Ok. That is enough. Nik go paint or something. You seemed extremally bored.
Kathrine: I am going upstairs.
Me: Ok. I will join you in a second. *She leaves* Nik you can't pick fights with people because you are bored. Well I don't really care if you do. Just not with her. I would appreciate it if you would refrain from antagonizing her anymore.
Nik: I make no promises.
Me: Well if she snaps your neck. I will not stop her. *I say with a smile*
Nik: Yeah yeah. *He says while walking away*
