In the past...
"What did I do that you can't trust me anymore?" He screamed. He wasn't just angry. He was infuriated. Dani hadn't seen him like this in a long time, and she almost flinched. Han started throwing plates, vases, and anything else he could obtain. Tears rolled down Dani's face as she ran out of the house. All she could hear was Han screaming her name in the distance.
Dani pov
You're probably wondering how I ended up in this situation. To keep it short and sweet, I met a guy, and it turned toxic.
He was, is a heartbreaker, and he got the best of me.
I started to get the message that he wasn't interested in me anymore, being on and off many times before, but I thought it would be different this time. But I should've known. When he played his games, he was manipulative.
But I got what I bargained for, and now I am tired, so I'm walking away, finally. He tried to get me back, but I wouldn't hold. It was crazy to think he tried that he tried. He could never keep me for long, off one month, and for two months, he was numb, with no emotional strings. He fooled me once, but a part wanted him to fool me again.
He would love me for a day. Then he'd give it back and take someone else's. He fooled me, yet I still wanted him to do it again. He'd take my heart and rip it up. He fooled me once and won't fool me again.
Because Heartbreaker,
You got the best of me.
