don't settle
for mediocrity
that's the problem
it might be
feel guilty
for all the slack
that crept its way
onto my back
buzzing nights
sleepy days
once clear path
now foggy haze
doesn't spark and flutter
not anymore at least
grown numb and tired
felt and lived, it ceased
burnt out candle
puddle on a desk
ungodly ambitions
just let me rest
