        ~{dinner,Brothers,Father, what-more }~

I immediately came to a halt in my steps and got Marco to stop as well. He turned around and asked, "What's wrong, Bella? "Why is he calling me those sweet names? It makes me feel bad and guilty.

"I-I..." I looked at him hopelessly, and my gaze wandered past him, towards the direction we were heading, and then back at him again.

Marco looked in the direction I was looking, trying to see what I meant. His eyes followed mine, and he looked at me again before something seemed to click within him.

"Oh, to the dinner room . It's 07:20, time for breakfast. We're heading there," he said clearly. It was reassuring, with a beautiful soothing voice it made me feel drowsy. But even though I wanted or tried to sleep, sleep never comes. I need my sleeping pills.

He started walking, and I took slow steps after him. "And just so you know Cara , papa, Xavier, Damon, Renzo, Ace, Alec, Giovanni, and Gianella. All, all of our siblings are present."

I heard him talking, but I had already turned 180 degrees and returned to wherever that room was located. I think I remember where I came from. Forget it.

I have forgotten that, I have lost all my brain cells, and the remaining 2% are only there for me to survive and at least behave like a human.

"No, you didn't, Sorella, come back here!" In your dreams, so many men. When he mentioned all those names, I waited for the end that never came when I expected it. Why do I have so many male siblings?

Someone grabbed my hand, and I flinched. Fear started to consume me. Never come from behind me. I hate it when people come from behind.

"Relax, darling, it's just me, you know, Marco." Marco held my cheeks in his hands and kissed my forehead.

"Marco," I whispered.

                                                                                          ..................

Marco pov

It came out so low, so weak, so heart-wrenching that I myself felt her emotions. It breaks me to see my Sorella like this.

We held each other tighter. And for the first time, she hugged back. A smile spread across my face. My Sorella is sweet.

"If your sibling time is over, come and join us at the tables, we're starving." What a grumpy little brat he is.

"Go, Ace, tell papa we're on our way," I said.

I heard a scoff and then a  " Whatever".

I couldn't help but feel the surge of jealousy rising within him, and a mischievous smirk crept across my face. It was one of those sinister smirks that revealed my wicked delight in stirring up trouble.

Jealous much huh.

...........

" Finally, you're here! I almost thought you had kidnapped my daughter. How long does it take to retrieve a person, anyway? Good morning, my dear. I hope you've had a restful sleep.

If you feel comfortable, you may kindly take a seat next to Giovanni."

I glanced at him as if he had sprouted an extra head. Why is he so exceedingly kind? It's almost too good to be true. What are your plans, dear father? I gathered myself and resisted the urge to narrow my eyes at him.

Indeed, I am far from resembling him visually. I definitely take after my mother, living amidst a bunch of father's replicas. Same hair color, same eye color, same skin tone.

I have hazel-blue eyes mixed with green and brown, dirty blonde hair, and a fair, cool skin tone, while they all have green eyes, light brown hair with a hint of blonde, courtesy of my mother's genetic influence, and light skin tone.

And speaking of which, Marco shares the same eye color as me and Mom, as well as similar hair, although mine is more blonde than his. At least I have someone people could believe I'm siblings with.

I took a seat next to a guy who bore a striking resemblance to Ella. Twins? I believe his name was Giovanni, if I remember correctly.

Lucky her, having a twin.

Just a few words of life's lessons for them, which they will truly need. Good luck with her exasperating determination and annoying behavior, that will some day kill her.

Such a disrespectful teenager, it's a shame that I endure all that pain for her, and will continue to do so in the future if necessary.

I can't believe she's the older twin. What a shame.

I gazed at the pancakes lying an arm's length away from me. They looked delicious, yet the mere thought of eating them made me feel nauseous.

I dislike pancakes due to a particular incident that happened to me.

"Why aren't you eating, Bambina?" I looked towards the voice that spoke.

Even before I could open my mouth, Ella jumped into the conversation and said, "Maja hates pancakes." I heard the clattering of cutlery against plates, and I knew everyone was looking at me as if I were foolish. Who doesn't like pancakes? Everyone loves pancakes, except for me. Well, I used to, but not anymore.

"Wow, that's something different," Renzo exclaimed loudly, as if I hadn't had enough.

I turned to him, staring straight into his eyes, wondering if anyone else would speak.

"Renzo, leave her be," another guy said. He looked familiar, though.

"Is there anything specific you'd like to eat? We can ask the chef to prepare it for you, darling, or I can cook. Come, let me showcase my culinary expertise. I would appreciate some comments, preferably praise," I heard various gasps, scoffs, and a few laughs.

I glanced at my father, or at least, who I assumed to be my father, when I noticed him rising from his seat. I stood up as well.

"You won't regret it, Bambina. Trust me, you have Italy's finest chef in your kitchen, waiting to serve you." Oh, that was... unexpected.

I simply nodded, as nodding seemed like the perfect response. I was too overwhelmed.

"What are you all doing? What will you cook for her, Dad?" Ace asked.

"Just leave, Ace. Call out for Alec, if you please," my father responded.

"Well, sorry. I'll just leave and burn, as you said." I looked at him, questioning his sanity
