Two weeks later,
Bucky took the whole day off to go with Carlie to her first appointment. He made her breakfast that morning and gave it to her in bed. He had noticed that she would be sick by the time she got downstairs so he brought it to her.
After breakfast they went to her appointment. When the doctor began the ultrasound both Bucky and Carlie cried tears of joy seeing the baby and hearing the heartbeat for the first time. After their appointment they had lunch and discussed baby names and if they thought the baby would be a boy or a girl as they walked through Central Park eating ice cream.
