"Yes Axel and vini had a competition so they were very tired and then Veronica made them play with her so they slept early."

"Wasn't Veronica tired? She waited for me this late."
He asked

"Nica was, but she wanted to show her tooth to her Daddy and wanted you to make her sleep. You know daddy's princess."
She said teasingly

"So what, she is dad's princess. And don't call them vini and nica they have such a nice name given by daddy so don't ruin them!."
He accepted and warned her to not to call them by their Nick name cutely. And she just nodded while smiling.

"But I am afraid."
His expression changed to sad expressions suddenly

"Why are you afraid scott?"

"What if one day Veronica get to know that she is not.....our"
He said sadly

"We have to tell her one day. We can't keep this secret for whole life. She needs to know the truth. When the right time come we will tell her.
She said

"No!"
He said angrily making her flinch

"I will never let her know this, and if she get to know about it, on that day one thing will be very clear that i couldn't be a good dad."
he said with seriousness on his face. And he left. Lili took a deep breath and also went to sleep

{On lunch with her brother}

"why din't you said something when he fixed your marriage without you knowing!?"
Axel almost yelled on Veronica in the restaurant where Veronica called them for a happy lunch on her leave day, she kept eating noodles

"Why?, do you want to marry first?"
She said while eating noodles and chuckled on her joke which was not funny for them, they looked at her with straight face.

"When should we accept you to answer perfectly like a mature women!"
Elvin said folding his hand with cold eyes.
She looked at their serious faces and kept her fork back in the plate.
She took deep breath and spoke

"So what?"
She said calmly understanding they are worried for her

"So what?!
You don't even know the man. And you are ready to marry him!"
Axel said angrily
She looked down and then again looked at them

"Guys do you think i have choice?"
She said sadly

"What do you mean? tell him clearly that you don't want to marry an unknown person!"
Elvin said angrily

"You were not this stupid that we need to tell you how to denie."
Axel said unbelievably
She looked down while thinking that they will not understand, because it was only her all the time when she used to get into bad situations. She was alone when she needed support.

"Look guys.....please....just... just don't worry about this okay. Today i got a day leave and i am just very happy i want to enjoy this day happily....and specially with my family with you like normally a family do.....so that's it and I am-"
A person who had no proper holiday for last few years, only that person can understand the cost of a single day off.
She said calmly emphasizing 'with you' but soon she cutted off at last.

"You are fucking worried about your a day leave when we are thinking about you, your life, here we are trying to save you and you....."
Elvin said angrily, hitting his hand on the table, yelling at her in the restaurant, all the customers in cafe started looking at them, she noticed people and then called a waiter.

"I want this cafe to be booked for us only now."
The waiter nodded knowing who she is. Her brother were little amazed of how different she became.
In seconds the place got empty then she looked at them

"Seriously Veronica when you needed to litsen them so that time you were arguing with them without any big reason. And now when we really need you to take stand for yourself, when it is the time for arguing then you are taking your steps back? I can't understand you"
Axel said confused

"Bro....our life is not same, i am going through different situations and you are walking on different path.
I know how much it can give benifit to our company, dad will be happy..."
She said trying to make them understand

"What about your happiness?
Elvin asked slowly and she looked at him.

We marry atleast that person whom we know.....but here you are all thinking about that shit benifits."
Axel said

"My happiness?"
She asked rolling her eyes.

"Who cared about my happiness?"
She was emotionless

"Who?... What do you think here we are doing?"
Elvin said confused

"Guys i don't care if i am happy or sad, now all i care is about dad. He.....he was the one who made me what i am today, who gave me everything, because of whom i live a life like a princess can't i give him this atleast, this small thing in back?"
She asked him after changing her expressions.

They were shocked on how much she suddenly started thinking about their dad, she became the person who stopped giving a shit to any human around her, who always thought her dad is always wrong, in her brothers perception but today she is acting total different. She not wrong, that's true but being a brother they need to atleast talk about this.

"So you don't care if you marry a stranger?
Why suddenly you are so worried about dad? When you were the only one who used to argue with him all the time on useless topics?"
Elvin said almost taunting her

"Yes i am ready to marry a stranger if it gives happiness to my dad, and about me getting worried about him, so i was stupid back then to do that, now i know what he has done for me. That's it."
She told him while thinking deeply about her adoption.

"I just can't understand you! If you really want to ruin you life then i don't care, do it!"
Elvin spoke angrily and got up to leave the cafe but what Veronica spoke, that stopped him

"My life was ruined the day i had to chose buisiness over my dream. I am happy that you could live your dream and your both are happily living. But i crushed my dream and became what i am today."
Their was silence for a bit Elvin turned back to her. She was looking down. They were going out of syllabus
Except for her parents their was no one who saw that how her dad made her choose buisiness over her dream to be a painter. She did because she wanted her dad to love her like he used to do. But that never happened.

"Look bro i am happy "
She said while smiling sadly, changing the topic.

"I told you to prove that you are really serious about painting, and maybe you couldn't. This was the only reason why you had to come in this line. Dad choose best for you. He knows best for his kids."
He said proving his dad was always a hero and will be a hero.

"Yeah, i guess, i could never prove that. So....he....just choose......(she looked down deeply thinking about the day when he literally broke her paintings by throwing them. He never tried to litsen her. Then she completed her sentence) Choose...Best for me."
She completed looking down. Almost whispering.
Then she took a heavy breath and looked up with a faint smile and said.

"This is why i am saying, dad will always choose best for us. Whether it is about my career or my marriage."
She answered slowly, elvin was well awared about how mad Veronica was for her dream. He knows something was wrong. But he ignored because his dad is always right according to him.

On the other side Axel is a bit aware about their dad forcing Veronica to be the part of his buisiness but he also ignored because he also trusts his father more.
