I walked in the company back finding my dad in his office, he looked at me with confused look.

"Why are you here i thought you must be resting at home. Go home"
He told me and then i spoke

"Why dad? Why did you betrayed him?"
I asked and he couldn't remember anything

"Who?"
He asked

"Neil! He killed my fucking killer, i k-know this killing and all is not right things but he did it for me, you could respect that dad!"
I was angry. I was shouted

"Lower your volume, Veronica."
He told me calmly, i stayed quite tried to make myself calm.

"I had to do that, i had no option to save my company, that was only way you, saw that, didn't you see how easy it was when i sent him that video, investors were ready to come back to us."
He tried to explain me. Like it was so normal. he is kicked out of his house, And here dad thinks it is small thing, this is our first argument after my accident.

"Dad, you only and only thought about your business, your money that's it, nor promises matters to you, neither your daughter.

I was out of my mind i said the most bitter thing to him in my life. Non of us spoke again. I realised what i said. But i was not in the mood to correct it. I left the office as soon as possible.
Shit why did I say that.
I am so stupid.

i wanted to come in someone else's body and beat myself so bad, am i brainless or what. Have Lionel took my brain out? i need to ask him.

Carol is doing 3 time jobs, she is working very hard. She works as sweeper in day, she works at stores and cleans dishes at restaurant at night.

Eating dinner in silence, Scott was not angry but hurt, hurt by her words, they were painful but most of it was true. On the other side Veronica was drowning in guilt she should not have said that, this is all she was thinking. But what he did was not right. And she wants to correct it.

"Dad."
Veronica called him

"Yes."
He answered normally but deep down everyone knew something is wrong with him.

"I want to invest in Neil's buisiness."
She said earning objection from both boys.

"What! You know how bad he is, you know what has done to all of us."
Elvin said, Axel was supporting him.

"What he did was not right, for correcting his mistake, he has done everything without thinking for himself, he is now even kicked out of his father's company.
He asked me for help and i wanted help him.
People have already snatched everything from him, i want to help him."
She told them her point. boys thought she is talking about how he told them  about Athen which was big help, but they don't know that she knows, that he killed Athen for her.

"Look, i don't trust Neil at all. I want you to stay away from him, and honestly whatever happened to him he deserved that, so let's just let him suffer!"
Axel said coldly.

"You can do it Veronica, i trust you, just take care of yourself."
Scott announced suddenly, with a small smile, their was pain in his smile.
Boys tried to object but Scott made both of them silent.
