i noticed the way your smile was so wide.
never wavering or being subtle.
there were no slight smiles or tiny giggles.
there were large bellowing laughs and smiles that couldn't be hidden behind a hand.
your eyes gave each smile away anyways.
i didn't notice how deep set your eyes were at our first meeting.
they gave way to show me each and every emotion you had attempted to keep hidden.
i noticed so much more behind your smile and your eyes that first date.
i knew i would love you and those deep eyes that could tell stories about each individual experience in your life without fail.
you never needed to talk.
i just knew.
