All you could feel was your own body and the sheer terror that was enveloping you. You didn't want to die here, no not like this. But was there any hope? You didn't know and it didn't look like it, you were all alone in this. Your ears twitched forward, out to the Ocean. Your limbs felt weak from the tensed-up muscles. Your eyes were tearing up and you didn't know what was happening behind you with Quaritch and your biological father. But you finally heard something when Lyle yelled, "Na'vi inbound!" Your head snapped up to see an army of Na'vi on top of their Skimwings. "Spread out. Weapons up." You could feel Tsireya's arm on your back now, you hadn't noticed it earlier. "Dad!" You looked to where Tuk was trying to find Mr. Sully. "Push left." You spotted Neytiri easily as your eyes were drawn up to the only Ikran in the sky. "Spread out."

You pulled yourself up and closer to the rail, maybe there might be hope. "I don't care, that's my cover girl." You watched as they slowed down in pace. "I don't give a damn, right now I've got better things to do so you can either shut your pie hole or go join Spider." You glanced back to see your father shrink in size and Quaritch come up to the four of you. Your ears were again pointed back, pressing against your braids as Quaritch yanked Lo'ak's throat comm and earpiece. You took a shaky breath, looking out at Mr. Sully who was found in the front. "Jake," When Quaritch spoke, your teeth clenched. "Tell your friends to stand down." Everything is happening now. "You want your kids back, you come out alone." Damn, if it had been only you that was caught he wouldn't have been able to make this deal. "You know better than to test my resolve."

He had pulled out the recom Z-33R pistol and held it up in the air when he'd spoken. After however, he pointed it at the back of Lo'ak's head. You and Tsireya struggled in your binds. "Lo'ak!" You were scared now. "Lo'ak! No!" This was everything you were afraid of. "Stop!" You couldn't even get closer to Lo'ak because if you did when you slid over you'd be putting Tuk in danger as well. "I took you under my wing, Jake." Quaritch wasn't giving you or Tsireya's protests another glance. "You betrayed me." You pulled back trying to get out of the cuffs. "You killed your own, good men and good women. I will not hesitate to execute your kid." You couldn't get loose, you couldn't help him. "Quaritch stop!" Saying his name just sounded like poison coming out of your mouth. "Lo'ak!" Tuk was nervous too and was pleading. Yet, he still didn't take his eyes off Mr. Sully. "Offer's fixin' to expire, what's it gonna be?" You looked helplessly at Lo'ak as Quaritch nudged his head with the end of the gun. You needlessly struggled to try and break free. "Lo'ak, stay strong." Tsireya was looking out for her parents, who had been right next to Mr. Sully. "Dad." Tuk's murmur had you look out to see just him coming out.

"Easy shot." Your head whipped behind you to see Lyle aiming at him. But then Quaritch lowered his rifle, "You hit him now, they attack. Wait till he's on board." It was a trap from the start, you knew it, you knew Mr. Sully knew it. Lo'ak's growl indicated his opinion on the matter. You looked out to Mr. Sully again, still seeing him approaching slowly. He was swimming to his death essentially. You felt frustrated and sad, you were so helpless in the situation. Something needed to change now, anything to help. You checked out your cuffs to see if there were maybe any weak points that could loosen their hold. You could find anything, it was too hard to see the entirety of the cuffs either due to half of them being on the other side of the rail. You didn't want Mr. Sully to die, or Lo'ak. But the situation wasn't giving an out either way, it was hopeless- Bursting out of the water was a change.

A Tulkun sprouted out and loomed over the ship, for a moment it looked as though he was flying. "Payakan!" You were watching in amazement. Your hope for survival was here, and starting to fall down. When he crashed down onto the deck the four of you stumbled, relying on the rail for support. Payakan started failing around and throwing people either off the ship or far enough that they would sustain critical injuries. "Open fire. Open fire!" When they opened up fire Payala shrieked and moved his fins to protect himself. Someone in a Skel had moved close and Lo'ak helped Payaka. "Brother!" He kicked the machine in the middle of the knee causing him to stumble forward and then get crushed by Payakan's fin. "Holy shit." You chuckled under your breath, finally hopeful you might just make it out alive. Payakn kept failing around and just causing more damage, it was amazing. He moved to wherever he was getting shot at and caused an injury with every move. You heard war cries in the distance, looking out again there was Mr. Sully and the Metkayina charging. "Tuk, look!" She took in a sharp breath seeing them all. "Dad!" Though you weren't out of the fire yet things were looking up.
