I would like to discuss the development of artificial intelligence here, as the possibilities for us who write stories have expanded.
ChatGPT is able to compose a song on your chosen topic in 5 minutes (in the Czech language the quality is not great, but in English the text rhymes and makes sense). He is able to translate and offer new and fresh ideas that you would not have thought of.
And what do I use artificial intelligence for?
Currently to the pictures. I've pasted the full image above for you that the AI created for me and I used it as the new cover for this book.
I instructed him to create a staircase in the forest. The stairs are made of books and the leaves of the trees are feathers. It is a writer's stairway to heaven, an allusion to Led Zeppelin's Stairway to Heaven. Hence the new title of the book "Bookway to Heaven".
For this cover, I used the website: Hot Pot AI
- You have to sign in there by email and the free version allows you to generate 10 images per day (otherwise you have to pay a monthly/annual fee).
I don't really recommend it for generating people - I don't really like the results from there.
I also use Gencraft, which I like better than hot pot ai in some ways, but on the other hand, the free version has the disadvantage of watermarking images. I like the generate results better than hot pot ai, but that's not always true.
As a sample, I am adding the result from Gencraft, which he created for me with the same input as hot pot and the image above.
With gencraft, the free version is 10 generation per day and two images are always generated under one command (both images = one attempt). In total, it will generate 20 images per day in the free version.

Gencraft did a great job of creating my profile picture. Here is my night phantom with incorporated blue and black, and it was not difficult to get rid of that watermark using photo editing programs.

Beautiful results were generated by Fotor - there the results were luxurious, but there is a limit to one free trial account for 5 generations and the generation of 2 images is automatically set there and each one costs 1 credit. There is a limitation to try only those 5 images, after that, they want to get paid for it.
