Chapter 8

Daniel😡😒: I'm coming to get you, so pack your things

Oh, so now he wants to be concerned with where I am and what I'm doing. Boy please. I actually can't wait until he gets here. So I can break up with his sorry ass. I just can't believe he would do something this stupid.

After I finished reading all of the messages he sent me, I took a shower and got ready to bed. As soon as I got comfortable I turned on the tv. After a while I dozed off to sleep.

The next day: Wednesday

After I woke up, I did my hygiene thing and decided on wearing a green polo shirt, jeans, and my white converse. I realized that I had time to spare, so I decided on calling my friends Briana and Sarabi.

"Heyy y'all!" I screamed into the phone

"Hey girl!" They said in unison

"What's been going on since I've been gone?" I asked

"Nothing really." Sarabi said

"But your no good boyfriend has been blowing up my phone wondering why you haven't been answering his calls or texts." Bri said

"Well the reason I've been ignoring him is because I found out that he's been cheating and because I've met a new friend." I said

"What?!" They both said

"See, I told you. I knew he was doing something he wasn't supposed to." Bri said

"Guess what he texted me last night."

"What?"

"He said to pack my things because he was coming to get me to take me home."

"You're joking." Sarabi said

"Are you serious?" Bri asked

"I hope you leave him." They both said

"Trust me, I am." I said

"Anyways, who is this new friend you were talking about?" Bri asked

"Well, his name is Blake." I said

"His!?"

"Yes, I said his."

"Girl you moved on already?" Sarabi asked

"I bet you they-"

"Hold up right there. We're strictly friends. If they only knew what really went down. I told him that I wasn't ready to be in another relationship. Anyways I have to go. I'll talk to you all later."

"Alright, just be careful. You never know what Daniel's crazy ass might do." Bri said

"I will. Bye."

"Bye." They both said

After I got off the phone, it was time for me to go. Once I had gotten off the elevator and was in the lobby, I saw Blake. It looked like he was talking to someone, but I couldn't see who it was.

As as I got closer I saw that he was talking to some girl. She was white with blond hair. They were talking and laughing. I was starting to get angry. Why am I getting angry? I'm the one that toled him that I just wanted to be friends. I can't be jealous.

After they finished talking, he gave her a hug. Ugh. He saw me and came and came over.

"Hey." He said

"Hey Blake. Who was that you were talking to?" I asked

"Why does it matter?" He asked

"I don't know. I can't ask a friend who they were talking to?"

"Well if you must know, that was Julie. An old friend from college."

"Oh, okay. See, that wasn't so bad." I said poking him with my elbow

"Ha ha very funny." he said with a smirk

After that we left. Maybe I do like him, maybe I don't. I don't know. My feelings are all over the place.

What am I going to do?
