My Mind #33

My Mind

Is lost

Too hard to find

Hid among the frost

I no longer

Know where to look

I'm stronger

Though my dignity you took

Away from my heart

Hid amongst the trees

From the start

I was begging you please

But I failed

To sway

You and I got derailed

Lost my way

The more I look

At my Earth

The more it took

For my rebirth

My reality

Is distraught

My sanity

Was bought

And paid for with scars

And blood

Like the color of Mars

It flood

The floor

Like a hurricane

An open door

Like a vein

Carrying blood

Back to the heart

This flood

Is just the start

Of a bigger picture

Which will take place

In the future

In this race

My Mind

Is lost

Too hard to find

Hid among the frost

But I finally found

It hid among the brush

Making no sound

Just a hush
