Me and ghost make our way to the bottom of the hill and hop on a wooden deck that leads to the latter on the ship. I slowly let go of my gun that's on a sling and start climbing on to the latter. My foot looses placement and slips, and Ghost quickly puts his hand on my waist to keep me from falling. I clear my throat and keep climbing as he follows behind once I've gotten higher than him

"You alright? And don't say you don't want my pity" ghost whispers in his raspy voice as we make our way up the latter

"Im fine"

"Is that why you haven't answered my question? or because you don't want to be my problem?"

"I said I'm fi-"

"God damnit Adira. Answer the question" I hear the hit of ghosts hand against latter out of frustration which makes me pause

Ghost lets out a sigh

I let out a breath "I just wanna know what's going to happen after this"

"What do you mean?"

"The mission. Us. What will happen with us?"

Ghost falls silent for a few seconds, carefully choosing his words "I don't know.. but whatever does I'm sure it'll be sorted out"

"God can you please be more detailed"

"Shit can we not talk about this right now adira? wait till the base for fucks sake" he practically shouts, making me flinch as I stay quiet and keep climbing up the latter

I could practically see his eyes looking at me from behind. That thing he does when he says some shit he shouldn't have and he wants to take it back. Or perhaps that thing he does when he wants to ask why I never respond to his outbursts and he can only assume by the little grains of information I've given him from my past. He wants to know more, but I don't

After climbing for a while we get to the top of the latter. This is a big ass ship and climbing a latter attached to the side isn't easy. Instead of hopping up on the ship, we stay holding only the latter and I look over the latter and see the 3 men and wolf.

I slowly reach my hand on my gun with my silencer. Ghost holds my back to keep me from falling as I shoot the one that's heading behind a container. They can't see him fall from there. Ghost steps up the latter enough where he can watch my back and aim his gun at the other two men.

I can't focus as I can only feel him pressing against me. I try and snap myself out of it, quickly shooting the man

Ghost shoots the last men as they line up, taking only one of his bullets to kill them. I jump on to the ship as fast as a can, Ghost behind me with our guns raised

"GET ON THE GROUND NOW"
I shout at wolf as he keeps his hands in the air, not moving any further

"Listen to her bastard"
Ghost demands

Wolf looks at me with a disgusted expression as he lowers to the ground. I place my gun in my holster as ghost keeps his gun pointed to him as I grab the zip ties out my bag. As I'm doing so, wolf gets on his knees and
tries to to stand up
