Chapted 10

Tom's pov:

Our hands brushed against each other as we headed off the stage. I'm so glad she apologised and that she actually has some sort of feelings towards me. I have never felt this with any other girl. She didn't come off as desperate and she was just how I remembered. I missed her, so much. I still didn't know why she didn't come back to Germany.

"Hello boys" Katie came up to both groups. "Hello Tom" she looked me up and down smirking. I wasn't going to lie, I felt a bit uncomfortable. Was she doing this because I looked at her last night?

I said a quick "hi" and shrugged her off. This was my way of controlling my actions. I wanted to change for y/n, I wasn't going to be some player. I wanted to be with her and would do anything.

Katie gave me a weird look and pissed look before walking away.

"What's up with Katie?" Y/n asked. "She's been kind of off today"

"I'm sure, shes fine" I replied. Deep down I had a feeling I knew why.

"Boys! Stop mucking around, dressing room now!" John shouted at us. The other 3 ran to the room, before running off I went up to y/n and kissed her on the forehead then winked at her. Jogging towards the room I sat down and let myself sink into the comfy couch that was in the room.

Suddenly a crew of hair and makeup rushed into the room. Scrambling around and getting us put together.

"Blaudbdjcidbs" I spat as the lady accidentally put some sort of product in my mouth.

Bill was laughing at me, Georg and Gustav tried to hide their laughter but failed. I shot them a look.  They knew I hated stuff being put on my face.

Your pov:

Tom left you backstage with the girls. You couldn't help but think that Katie was being a little bit weird around Tom. She was only 5 years older than us, you had nothing to worry about right?

You snapped out of your thoughts and joined in the conversation with the girls.

"Katie had been kinda distant today" Shaylan commented. "Like it's weird"

"She gave me a weird look before" you muttered.

"I know, notice how she only said hi to tom as well" Tanya pointed out.

A wave of worry crashed over me. You couldn't be thinking about this.  Tom and you weren't dating or anything. Katie liking Tom would be weird, right?

You need to clear your mind, you were clearly overthinking. Grabbing your small handbag you pulled out a pack of cigarettes and lighter. You walked away from the group.

"Y/n where are you going?" Tanya asked catching up to me.

"Going for a smoke, I'm stressed at the moment" you responded.

"Can I join you?" She asked immediately.

"I don't mind, I need someone to talk to anyway" you smiled as you walked over to the open bit of the stage. The arena was open and you guys could see the sky.

Getting out a cig and slipping it between your lips, you gave one to Tany. You lit both and let the smoke escape your mouths. A wave of relaxation came over you.

"So whats on your mind? I see you and Tom have been close" Tanya smirked at me.

"Yeah hes really sweet, it's been so long since I have seen him" you chuckled.

"Aww you guys are so cute, especially when yous were hugging" Tanya looked at me smiling. "You guys are made for eachother!"

"It feels like that, he genuinely makes me happy, I love how I am around him" you gushed, you couldn't help but blush. "But I feel like someone is getting in the way of it" you looked at her and she knew exactly who you were talking about.

"Yeah, Katie was acting weird, it looked as if she was almost flirting with Tom" Tanya said releasing out more smoke. "I'm sure you have nothing to worry about, Tom seems like he really likes you"

"Wait how do you know" you asked out of curiosity.

"Bill and I were chatting last night at the party" she responded. "He was telling me about your childhood together and how much Tom had missed you"

"You know, Tom has a reputation of being a player, but ever since he laid his eyes on you again, hes seemed to have changed" she continued on, "well that's what bill said anyway".

"Wait Tom is a player?" You were worried, was he playing around with your feelings?

"I mean Bill said he was, he explained that Tom was the one to 'love for one night' type of guy" she continued to explain. "But as I said ever since you have arrived he has stopped his usual doings"

You sighed, hoping he would stay faithful enough if he wanted something serious with you. You decided to let things go and play out, you want to see if he wants to be something more and not just friends.

"Girls! The show starts soon, please get off the stage" we heard John say.

"Coming!" We both shouted back giggling.

Tanya put her arm over my shoulder pulling me into a side hug.

"Don't you worry about anything bae! I'm sure he's the one for you" she chuckled.

You smiled and walked off with her by your side. You hoped what she said was true!

Sorry for the late update everyone! Been in rehab for my knee! This part is kind of short but I promise you the next one will be longer. Next part I might start drama with Katie 🤭
