Matt has never been a violent person, but if it were up to him, Chester would've been shot in the head with a shotgun and fed to some dogs he would find on the streets by now. Wouldn't want to waste the protein, right?
He has never felt so much hatred for one person before, sending love hearts to Arianna, FaceTiming as she's about to sleep and then keeping her up for the night, what a dick. The urge Matt has to just call him out on all the social media he has and then just have a screaming match with him is unbearable. It physically makes him want to throw up whenever he thinks about Aria interacting with that walking man whore.
However, he's not going to tell her anything, until he knows Chester has been a dick to her.
The one thing Matt can't believe is that Ari had to double-check with him to make sure she looked 'good enough'. Even Matt can tell that she's one of the most beautiful girls he's ever seen, and he only likes her platonically. The reality of why it took him so long to respond last night is because he had to try and think of a way to say she looks stunning either way without sounding weird, and also maybe because he was kind of staring at it for a few minutes. He is the only person who has that photo, and he's going to keep it that way, it is now special to him, and the fact she looks so pretty in it is just an add-on.
He's got like half an hour until 2 pm, until he and his brothers leave to pick up Ezra and Aria. As promised, Matt has listened to all three of the albums Ari told him to, and not going to lie, he loved all of them. Maybe he should've given T-Swizzle a chance sooner. His favourite of them all was definitely 'Folklore', he never thought he'd be the type of person who likes the sadder slower songs of an artist, but he fell in love with this album, especially 'Invisible String' and 'Cardigan', he should've listened to Nick when he recommended Cardigan. He should've done a lot.
It also isn't a surprise that he likes Folklore, considering he loves quite a few Fineline slow songs, especially Cherry. 1989 also appealed to him, maybe because a lot of it is upbeat and about Harry Styles.
Genuinely, he couldn't wait to see Aria and Ezra. Matt knew that Nick and Chris also couldn't wait, it was all the two of them could talk about the day before, and Nick attempted to convince the other two that he does not have a thing for Ezra, but it wasn't very convincing. All of Nick's words were contradicted by the bright red blush on his face and the amount of giggles that escape his lips whenever he's on FaceTime with Ezra.
