Something in his heart shatters as he steps out of that building, now knowing he won't see her for probably months, her and Ezra are now officially gone. What makes everything worse is the fact that she's going to tell her family about Chester, which truly makes him want to die. How does Chester manage to become such a big part of her life when he's literally a walking dick?
Whatever, at least Matt got to see her before she leaves, and he managed to make her happy and laugh multiple times, which warms his heart. Something about her laugh and the way her face creases when she does makes him go breathless.
Chris and Nick are gushing over how much they'll miss the twins while walking to the car, Matt walking in front deep in thought.
He cannot wait for the next time he hears from her.

A notification from his phone causes him to jolt with excitement, knowing it's probably Ari. It's been hours since he last saw her, meaning she's probably landed by now.
Nick and Madi are sat on the couch together, doing whatever, Chris is in his room, and Matt. Well, Matt is now basically jumping to grab his phone on the kitchen counter, previously being sat at the dining table.
When he reaches his phone, a huge grin grows on his face at the name that pops up on the screen, he instantly sits back down at the dining table and responds, the upturn in his lips not leaving.
