Evie walked into work to find Steve harrington and Dustin Henderson imitating Lightsabers.

She looked at Robin, confused, who just shook her head.

"How many children are you friends with?" Robin asked the older boy.

Evie dropped her bag in the back and walked over to Robin.

"Wait, Henderson." Evie pointed at the smaller boy.

"Munson." Dustin pointed back.
Evie ran around the counter and grabbed the boy in a bone crushing hug.

"I almost didn't recognize you." She smiled hugely.

"Wait, so you guys are working together." Dustin asked, pointing between the two.

"Pretty much." She answered, and Steve nodded.
"That's great." Dustin grinned with a contagious smile.

"How do you know him." Robin asked Evie with a confused look as she leaned over the register counter.

"He's the boy I used to babysit freshman year." Evie explained.

Robin made an o shape with her mouth and nodded.

"I gotta keep in shape for the ladies." Steve told Dustin, who was eating a banana split.

"How's that working out for you." Robin interjected while throwing trash away.

Evie served up some customers behind the counter.

Ignore her." Steve waived Robin off.
"She's cool." Dustin said with a mouth full of ice cream.

"She's not." Steve rolled his eyes.
"What about Evie, She's really cool." Dustin nodded to the girl.

A blush crept up Steve's cheeks.
Dustin gave him a knowing look.

"So where are the other knuckleheads?" Steve changed the topic.

Robin switched shifts with Evie, who then walked over to the boys and sat down with a cola in her hand.

"They ditched me yesterday on my first day back. Can you believe that shit." Dustin spoke sadly.

Evie had no idea who they were talking about but felt sad for the boy.

"Seriously." Steve gave a shocked look.
"I swear to god." Dustin mumbled and took another spoonful of ice cream.

"They're gonna regret it, though, big time, when they don't get to share in my glory." Dustin raided his hands.

Evie and Steve shared a confused glance.

"What glory?" Evie asked and took a sip of her coke.

Dustin leaned in closer.
"So last night I finally got in contact with suzie." Dustin explained with a hand motion.

"Oh." Steve nodded and repeated the hand motion.
"Whose suzie?" Evie asked with her eyebrow raised.

"His girlfriend." Steve filled her in.
"Oh." She smiled happily.

Dustin waved her off and continued his story.

Dustin looked around the shop and covered his mouth.
"I intercepted a secret Russian communication." He whispered, but not even mice could hear him.

Evie moved in closer to see if he would repeat it.
"What?" Steve asked.

Dustin clicked his tongue. "Uh..I intercepted a secret Russian communication." He spoke soflty.

"Just speak louder." Steve said while still not understanding the boy.

"I intercepted a secret Russian communication." He spoke loud enough for the whole shop to hear.
People looked at him oddly.

Evie choked on her drink, making Steve pat her back.

"Jeez, shh. Yeah, okay, that's what I thought you said." Steve said, waving off the customers.

"So what does that mean?" Evie asked with a raspy voice.

"It means, Evie, we could be heroes. True American heroes." He answered. Evie nodded her head still not understanding.

"Huh." Steve smirked.
"Mm-hmm." Dustin humed excitedly.

"American Heroes." Steve patted Dustin.
"Just think you could have all the ladies you want and more." Dustin envisioned leaning towards Steve, waving his hands dreamily.

Steve raised his eyebrows and made an o shape with his lips.

"More?" Steve asked.
"More." Dustin agreed.

"I like more." Steve added.
"And what about me?" Evie asked with a quirked brow.

"Any man you want or a car you've been wanting to get since freshman year." Dustin envisioned waving his hands along Evies view.

"Huh, I don't know about a man, but I sure do want a car."She nodded.

"So what's the catch?" Steve added Dustin, turning his head towards him.

"No catch, I just need your help." He looked towards Steve.

"What help?" Steve asked, confused.

Dustin turned towards the bag next to him and unzipped it. Pulling out a Russian to English, etc. handbook.

"Translation." He smiled waving the book.

"I just want you to know that I've failed almost every language class I've ever taken." She spoke, looking at the table.

"That's ok, you can be moral support." Steve smiled and comfortingly placed a hand on her shoudler.

"Alright, that sounds good." She nodded.
