Derek, Scott and Nora were in the woods, looking for the werewolf escapees. Nora had managed to find someone to watch Mateo, which she was thankful for.

"You lost them?" Derek asked in an annoyed tone.

"Yeah, Nora and I kind of had to."

"Wasn't exactly the plan."

Scott looked between them. "I know, which is why I think that we should stick together. Trust me, he's too strong, too fast, and way too angry for one person to handle. We've got to do this together."

"Look, I'm at the trails by the entrance to the preserve. Can you and Nora meet me here?"

"Yeah. Just got to drop something off first. I'll send Nora."

Nora, watching Derek signing, nodded.

She got to the preserve shortly before Scott and when he arrived, he asked, "Is it them?"

"We're not the only ones that decided to stick together," Derek replied.

"Is that gonna make it easier or harder to catch them?"

"I don't know."

"Derek... I saw Boyd try to rip two little kids apart. Are they gonna do that to everyone they find?"

Nora met Scott's eyes. 'Anyone and everyone.'

They came upon a girl in the woods calling for someone named Emily.

"Are you okay?" Scott asked.

"What?" the girl wondered.

"Are you all right? You need to get out of here, okay? Get out of the woods. Get out of here as fast as you can."

Scott's phone rang and he answered. "Are you sure?"

"Yep," Stiles said. "Throat ripped out, blood everywhere. It's like the frickin' Shining over here. Two little twin girls come out of the woods, start asking me to play with them forever and ever, I'm not gonna be surprised."

"Can you get a little closer to make sure it was them?"

"Make sure it was them? Scott, who else is going around ripping throats out?"

"Please just do it."

Derek frowned. "This doesn't make any sense. The public pool is all the way on the other side of the woods. We haven't tracked them anywhere near there."

"Derek, they killed someone," Scott reminded the Alpha.

"How are they moving so fast?"

"Derek."

"But they can't be that fast on foot."

"They killed someone. Some totally innocent kid is dead... And it's our fault."

"It's my fault."

Nora, seeing Derek's expression, placed a gentle hand on his arm, rubbing it with her thumb.

"We need help," Scott decided.

"We have Isaac now," Derek replied.

"I mean real help. They're too fast for us, for all of us. They're too strong, too rabid."

"We'll catch 'em."

Nora glanced at Derek, pulling her hand back. 'What happens if we do? Are we just going to hold them down until the sun comes up?'

"Maybe it would be easier just to kill 'em."

Scott shook his head. "Killing them isn't the right thing to do."
