oh me oh MY what the heck
HOW DID THIS JUST END HOW I DON'T GET IT
this series started in 2021. I mostly started it because I heard love back by wdw and wanted to write a book based off of it, but I couldn't decide on who. and then I found myself missing athena a lot because I had finished writing book two of her series. so honestly this was an extension to kind of have her back, but I found myself becoming really interested in vi and ej's relationship. I never really dove into the details about them much in athena's books, and these books gave me a chance to write about them. and, oh, how I love them so.
I unfortunately cannot say that more is coming because hsmtmts has ended, but thank you for sticking with me for the past two years. I've loved writing about violetta and ej. they're one of the more complicated relationships I've written about, but I think that's what I love most of them. I got to write them doing a little things, even breaking apart at some points while learning to fall in love after having a rough upbringing. they're some of my favorites.
getting to write about them has been incredible for me, but what's even more incredible is how much y'all have loved them too. you've shown that to me through all of the reads, votes, and comments. those tell me that you enjoy what I'm writing, which makes me enjoy what I'm writing. this series would be absolutely nowhere without you guys, so thank you.
I don't have much more to say about anything (I wrote a lot more in my edge of great author's note), so this is officially the end of my hsmtmts books. they've been such a constant in my life for the past couple of years that it's strange to let them go, but just like the last chapter said — I can move on to bigger and better things. thank you for sticking with me for this hsmtmts era.
