I am a little worried that this story is going out of the plot bit by bit, so maybe I'll edit the chapters one day.
I hope you enjoy this! Vote and comment please!
E/n means enemy's nameNormal P.O.V
For the rest of the Wednesday, you stayed in the clinic with Beth until it was time to go home.
As the school bell rang, you grabbed your backpack from a nearby table and waved goodbye to Beth. Exiting the clinic, you wiped tears from your eyes and composed yourself.
"Oh look! the runt is crying!" e/n, laughed as she and her friends stayed by your side. They were one of those "Popular Girls". The ones who were so popular because of their looks. Also, E/n was Hiccup's girlfriend and captain of the cheerleading team.
You stared at the ground, not daring to utter a single word or express a single emotion. You kept your face blank.
On your way out, they kept pushing you and teasing you, but you managed to keep your temper. You weren't one of those people who could just lash out and punch the others.
As you got to the stairs in front of the school, one of e/n's friends put her high heeled feet in front of your way. You weren't looking so you tripped and fell down. The concrete steps hit the side of your face and you screamed in agony.
The people that were watching didn't bother to help, they just laughed at you and carried along with their day. You guessed Fnd/n already left, since she was the only one who helped you. You didn't move, you were too embarassed.
E/n kicked your side, causing you to gasp. "Stay away from Hiccup," she spat bitterly, then walked away with her stupid friends laughing. You could've tripped them too, but they'll just beat you up even more.
You slowly stoop up and brushed dust off of your clothes. Walking home, you tried to block out what everyone was saying to you.
A single tear rolled down your cheek.

"I'm home!" You announced as you closed the front door and turned on the lights.
There was no answer.
"Mom? Dad? Y/s/n?" You called again. You set your backpack down on the table in the living room and walked to the kitchen. On the dining table were two notes and a plate covered with foil. You picked up the first note and opened it.
Honey, your dad, your sister, and I went to your dad's meeting. It was only supposed to be the two of us, but we figured y/s/n could join us too, since you're going to be busy doing your project. We're going to be back tomorrow evening. Stay safe!
-Mom
P.S: There's macaroni and cheese on the plate. You placed the note back on the table. That explains why the house is so quiet. You began reading the second note.
Stay safe, honey! No funny business with that boy you're working with.
You silently laughed. There wasn't a name written on it, but you were sure it was from Dad.
You grabbed the plate and took the foil off, revealing the macaroni and cheese that your Mom prepared for you. You placed it in the microwave and began heating it. While it was there, you quickly went to your room and tried to change into a baggy, f/c shirt and some shorts before the microwave beeped. After changing, you ran downstairs to see that it only had a second until it was done.
Beep! Beep! Beep!
You smiled and silently congratulated yourself and took out the macaroni and cheese. You grabbed a fork and sat at the dining table and started to eat in peace.
After a few moments of eating peacefully, the doorbell rang. Thinking it was Fnd/n, who usually comes at your house over the weekends, you stood up and opened the door to see...Hiccup.
"He-" before he could finish, you slammed the door and locked it.
"Go away! I don't want to see you!" You shouted, throwing yourself on the door. You remembered what he said to you at the clinic.
"You're just a dumb and worthless runt anyways..." Those words rang in your ears.
You felt Hiccup pounding the door on the other side. "Y/n please! I just wanted to say sorry, I didn't mean the stuff I said earlier..."
"Huh?" You said to yourself. You didn't expect other people to say nice stuff to you, yet alone an apology, but it's happening right now.
The popular guy whom you hated for a reason you don't know was apologizing to you, to the bullied girl who loves reading fanfictions.
"I'm so sorry, y/n," Hiccup said, his voice a little muffled. "I guess we took off in a bad start, did we?" He laughed.
You let out a long sigh. "Yeah," you finally said. You completely forgot about the macaroni and cheese. It probably went cold by now.
Both of you fell silent for a moment or two. You could hear your heartbeat drumming loudly. You remembered what e/n said about you and Hiccup earlier, but...
"Y/n?"
"Hm?"
"So what do you say? Can we start over?" He asked, a glint of hope in his voice.
You didn't know what to do, but you surprised yourself when you unlocked the door and opened it just a small bit so only your eyes can peek outside. You didn't like hating people, even though a lot of people hate you.
Maybe you could start over...
You saw that Hiccup was facing the door and his head was leaning on the doorframe. His forest green eyes met your e/c ones.
"I-I guess we could..." You said, fully opening the door.
Hiccup smiled.
"Great."
