Oh. My. Stars...
3K reads dudes! Thank you very much! *Hugs each and everyone of you*

Note: I know nothing about hospital care. I have never been to a hospital before (except when I went to an ophthalmologist. THAT'S RIGHT. I WEAR GLASSES) so please excuse any misinterpretations.

It was an early morning.

Stoick the Vast walked downstairs, wearing a fancy suit and tie for a special meeting he was about to have later. His fiery beard was shampooed, conditioned, and trimmed carefully.

"Hiccup!" He called to his son, who was seated at the breakfast table.

Hiccup looked up from his phone and waved at him. "Hey dad!"

Stoick sat down on a large mahogany chair in front of the auburn-haired boy. "Have you heard about the fire?" He asked with a sullen look.

Hiccup nodded as he pocketed his phone, looking at his untouched toast. "I did. Who's family was that?"

His dad rubbed his forehead, looking at the floor with furrowed eyebrows. "I-I don't know..."

He shook his head, his hair dancing with the motion. Instead of answering his dad, he asked, "What happened to them?"

Stoick pursed his lips. "I don't know," he solemnly answered.

Leaving that thought behind, Hiccup shrugged, stood up from his seat and ran out of the house, his buttered toast uneaten and cold.

Hiccup went to Sir Gobber de'Belch, the school personnel who manages all the tech and his dad's best friend. His office was just beside the school. He wanted to see if (y/n) didn't really hurt (e/n) or not.

"Hey Gobber!" He greeted, walking inside the small hut. Inside was a lot of small T.Vs, each showing a different part of the school. He also manages the CCTVs.

"'Ey 'iccup! Wut brings ye here?" Gobber said, his accent very thick. Gobber was a large man with blonde hair and a blonde beard. Hiccup explained everything from the project, to the fight. By the time he finished, Gobber was twirling his beard in interest.

"Ye have so many problems with girls, 'iccup," He sighed as he rolled away on his swivel chair off the drawers at the end of his hut. "That's why I don't date."

He opened a drawer and pulled out a tape before rolling back to his desk. He put it in a player that was connected to his computer. Hiccup stood next to Gobber as his computer monitor displayed what exactly happened on Thursday morning.

Hiccup was hoping that it would show that his girlfriend, (e/n), was completely innocent. But he was shocked when he and Sir Gobber watched the following scene.

Hiccup watched as (e/n) and her friends pinned you to the lockers. She was muttering something to your ear and her gloved hand was on your mouth. Then suddenly you bit her hand and ran away, with them trailing behind you. Gobber opened another camera that showed the hall, where (e/n) tripped.

He shook his head. It was hard to take all of this in. You being innocent, (e/n) lying to him...

"So (y/n) was telling the truth," Hiccup said, suddenly feeling guilty. "Man, what did I do?" Running a hand through his hair, he sighed. Anger replaced his guilt in almost an instant.

He needed to talk to (e/n).

Gobber's face was blank for a second, then he burst out laughing, slapping his knee. "Oh, Hiccup! Yer in so much trouble!" He managed to say between his laughs.

Hiccup glared at Gobber.

***

You woke up to see very bright light, and you immediately shut your eyes.

Am I in heaven?

"Oh, she's awake," you heard someone say.

Oh, I guess I'm not...

You opened one eye and saw that you were in a white room; a doctor's room. In the hospital. You saw a nurse with her black hair tied in a knot beside her neck shuffling around with some papers held tightly in her hands.

You slowly sat up from the tissue-covered bed and stretched, your mind still foggy on what had happened. The clock on the wall informed you that is was 5 in the morning.

"Um, excuse me," you quietly said, your voice hoarse. The nurse turned to look at you and she gave a big smile. Her white uniform had a name tag that said, "Ande." Nurse Ande walked to you and handed you a plastic cup of water.

You refused to drink it. You had a sudden memory of your sister's body being dragged away from your burning house. But your parents...

"My parents?" You said in a small voice. The nurse gave you a sad look, shaking her head.

They're dead, a small voice said in your brain. They're dead.

"Where is my sister?" You demanded. Nurse Ande looked taken aback for a split second, but gave a small smile.

"She's in the next room. Her condition is very critical as she breathed in too much smoke. She is asleep right now, but you can visit her," The nurse kindly answered, and you nodded, jumping off the bed.

Running out of the room, you saw a familiar figure sleeping on one of the chairs. (Fnd/n) snored loudly, using the paper bags as pillows. You laughed then walked to the next room. You pushed the white door open with one finger, and the sight nearly brought you to tears.

(Y/s/n) sat, unmoving, on the hospital bed, wearing an oxygen mask. She was wearing one of these hospital gowns. The heart monitor was at her side, beeping, threatening to become a line any second now. You saw a chair under her bed.

Pulling it out, you sat on it and took a deep breath.

"Hey, (y/s/n)..." You said to her sleeping form.

"I'm so sorry..."

You held your sister's cold hand very tightly, your mind racing with negative thoughts.

"Please don't leave me," you whispered. "You're the only family I have left..."

Of course, she didn't answer. You spent almost half an hour praying, praying for everything to be alright between the both of you.

Suddenly, as if Loki had been listening to your prayers, her head lolled to the side and she was choking on nothing.
"(Y/s/n)?"

You watched the heart monitor slowly flatten to a thin and straight line. You gasped and shook her.

"(Y/s/n)?! Doctor!" You shouted,, standing up as you shook your head, your heart beating very hard. "Doctor!"

Tears were rolling down your cheeks as a team of doctors and nurses burst through the closed door and advanced towards the both of you. (Y/s/n) was going very pale. Everything around you was all blurry as your eyes were focused on your dying sister. The doctor's and the nurses' shouts were all echoed as someone pushed you out of the room and closed the door. You tearfully watched from the small window as all of them surrounded the bed, performing who knows what.

(Fnd/n) heard all of the commotion and slowly woke up from her slumber. She saw you and gave you a pitying look.

The doctor took quick glances at the monitor, which still showed a line. He shouted for someone to get the defibrillator. Your sister's body jolted upwards with each shot, but it was still a line. The other nurses were managing the oxygen. It was such an intense moment

After many tries later, the doctor slowly put down the the pads and removed his mask, bowing his head, nurses all doing the same. The heart monitor was giving a long beep. This could only mean one thing...

You let out a loud cry, catching the attention of everyone around you. You sank to the ground, (Fnd/n) quickly knelt down to your side.

She's dead.

And you didn't even get to say goodbye.

Can you guess how old I am? ;)
