Normal P.O.V

It was already evening when Hiccup took you back to your house. The night was cold and the wind was strong as you walked under the street lamp-lighted street.

You told Hiccup that your parents and your sister were off to a meeting and won't be coming back until tomorrow evening, so he offered you to stay at his place.

You kindly declined, much to his disappointment. But someone needed to watch the house. Maybe there was a burglar on the loose or something. You are very paranoid.

The two of you were laughing hysterically at a story Hiccup was telling when you reached your front door. Two windows were placed beside the door, showing your living room and the kitchen inside.

"Really? What happened next?" You laughed with tears at the corner of your eyes. You held your aching stomach as you laughed even more.

"Well, I fell in," Hiccup casually said as he rubbed the back of his neck.

You laughed even more, clutching your sides. You didn't know this, but Hiccup loved hearing you laugh. At school, he didn't see you smile or laugh that much. He felt great.

As you listened to Hiccup as he continued telling his tale, the two of you didn't notice a figure in the darkness watching the both of you.

As Hiccup finished his story, your cheeks already hurt from smiling and laughing.

"That was nice," you said as you try to catch your breath. You wiped a tear from your eye before you opened your front door.

Hiccup chuckled then handed you your laptop. You took it and tucked it under your arm, then leaned against the doorframe.

A breeze blew by, making your hair and your baggy shirt flow with the wind.

"I had fun today," You said to Hiccup, smiling brightly.

"I did, too," Hiccup answered then gave a small smile. He enjoyed hanging out with you since he could be his own self. When he hangs out with (e/n), he had to pretend to like make-up and going shopping. But he felt bad about comparing you and his girlfriend.

But not really.

"So, tomorrow again?" You asked him, snapping him out if his thoughts.

He nodded, his fluffy hair bouncing with the motion. "Sure,"

You stepped back then closed the door, leaving a small gap so you could still talk to Hiccup.

"Bye," You said, waving.

"Bye," Hiccup whispered.

You gave a small smile before you finally closed the door then flicked on the light switch. Sighing, you leant against the door then slowly slid to the ground. You placed your laptop beside you then buried your face in your hands.

Today was an eventful and tiring day. You and Hiccup had lots of fun. The project was still left unfinished, but you still had 2 months left.

You stood up, got your laptop with you, then walked to the kitchen table. You gasped when you saw the macaroni and cheese on the table. You forgot to eat it! Now you're going to starve!
