Take a large 96oz jar fill it with broken glass, sharp bits of metal and stone, and then drop in some bird or squirrel/mouse/rabbit bones.
Add Mugwort to block dream magick, Salt to disperse energies, and Mint for Air.
Now have your friend spit in it, then even if takes a day or two have her top it up with her one urine, visualizing the jar become more like her as it is filled.
On completing the final Urinating, seal the jar with black candle wax (don't be cheap use the ones that are black all the way through), and then as the black wax is cooling wrap a red ribbon around the jar and the lid. Tie it into three knots, intoning "I am you and you are me. Contain what you can and reflect the rest away from me."
Bury the Jar in the corner of your yard nearest the bedroom where you sleep. If you do not have the option to dig a hole, stick it in a paper bag and put it in a closet as close to your front door as you can.
The best time of the month for this is full or dark moon.
