Before applying for any of the posts, please read the tasks for each role so that you will be aware of what you're required to do once you get accepted. The forms are placed after the role duties' explanations.
Judges
- Read and prepare a review for their judging books.
- Calculate the total points for each judging book.
- Discuss with other judges who also judge the same genre if necessary to choose the top three winners of the genre.
- Prepare the list of the total entries of their judging books including the total point and the authors' usernames.
Judge Managers
- Will be assigned a few genres and the judges who are in the genres will be under their care.
- Keep updated with the judging tasks of the judges who are under their care.
- Make sure that the judges submit their tasks before the deadline.
- Check the judges' reviews and inform them if any editing is needed.
- Answer the judges' questions if they have any regarding the judging tasks.
Award Hosts
- Prepare the award's announcement/shout-out messages.
- Keep updated with the form chapter of the award book so that any forms won't be missed.
- Check the lists of the registered books (the total entries for each genre) at the Wattpad book and inform the judge who is in charge of the genre to edit the lists if necessary.
