I ran after Aliyah . She didn't even take her stuff . I found her by a near by pond .

She was sitting down with her hands in her lap .

"Aliyah ?"

"Malachi I want to be alone ."

I sat beside her . "Well I don't want you to be alone ."

"I don't want what my mom said to take away what we have ." She looks at me with her innocent eyes .

"What do we have Malachi ? We're just two people living in two different worlds . I'm black and you're white .

We could never be a thing ! "

The wind blew as the tears form in her eyes .

"Aliyah it's not about that -"

"Well it is to your mom ...Look I already called Patience I'll be staying at her house ."

She was about to walk away . "No your staying here ! "

"What are you some type of Prince you can push me around like your servants !"

Damn she's on to me I gotta step my game up .

"Look here , you ain't leaving aight ?" My voice deepened .

"I'm tired of hearing your ass whining.."

She said nothing as her breath been taken away. I guess she does like someone controlling her .

I pulled her close "I get we can't be a thing li , but look me in the eyes and tell me you don't want me tell me you love Ace ."

She starred my eyes down  .

I bit my lip hoping she would hesitate .

Boy I was wrong .

"I don't want YOU ." She pushed her self away from me and began walking back to my house .

I got there and she walked right up to my parents .

"Look , I know I'm black okay ? But I'm still human , I still have feelings , Color should not matter ...Why does it to you ?"

My mother said nothing she nods her head .

"Charles go show Aliyah to Malachi's room ."

"This way madam ." He picks up her bags .

"No , just call me Aliyah . " he chuckles .

Their voices faded away .

"Thanks mom . I owe you one ."

"You owe me a lot . Does she even know you're royalty ? If any African American is here they should become servants . She can't just get some special treatment ."

"What is wrong with you ? You've changed mom . You out of all

People hating black people ? " I shake my head walking towards my room .

He smiles "No problem . I'll be here if you need me ."

I nod my head as he opens the door .

It was this white girl lying on his bed .

"Hello," She starts .

"Uh , Hi?"

"You must be Aliyah."

"I am and you are ?"

"Malachi's girlfriend of course ."

"His girlfriend ? He never told me that he had a girl friend ."

She laughed "That Malachi Always keeping secrets ..."

"What do you mean ?"

"Hey Al-" Malachi started  

This was a shorty .

I just kinda wanted to leave a cliffy .
