[Gemma's house, Gemma, M3GAN, Sophie and Cady sitting together at the table, eating dinner]

Gemma: You have to eat the toppings, Sophie, not just the bread.

[Sophie eating pizza]

M3GAN: Research shows that of you force a child to eat vegetables, then they'll be less likely to choose those foods as adults.

Gemma: Is that so?

M3GAN: Yes. Experts say the preffered method is to give your child the choice. It's called the devision...

[Gemma turning M3GAN off]

Gemma: So, we need to talk about school.

Cady: Mom didn't want us to go to school. She said that we learned better at home.

Gemma: I know, and I'm not saying that she was wrong. But, I found this place. It's kids of an alternative school. You get to learn outdoors. And it's just for kids who are exactly like you two, kids who think outside the box.

Sophie: Can I bring M3GAN?

Gemma: Sophie, you know that's not possible.

Sophie: Then, I'm not going.

Cady: Me neither. Mom was right to homeschooling us. What if some kids wouldn't be nice?

Gemma: Oh, come on, girls.

Sophie: You can't make us do something, we don't want to do.

Gemma: Actually, I can, that's basically what a guardian does.

[Sophie and Cady getting up and going to their room]

Gemma: Hey, I'm sorry. Let's just talk about it.

[Gemma trying to stop the girls, their shouting]

M3GAN: Let them go!

[girls running to their room, Gemma and M3GAN looking at each other]

Gemma: M3GAN, turn off.

M3GAN: Are you sure?

[Gemma turning M3GAN off, when Gemma goes away, it turns out that M3GAN actually isn't turned off]
