Chapter 24: Camera.

"Type mo? Type mo?"

Inirapan ko na lang siya't hindi pinansin.

"Luh, porket nakakita na ng bagong kaibigan hindi na namamansin. Ganyan ka-"

"Diego." Mahinahon pero maoturidad siyang sinaway ni Mattew.

Andito na kami sa Cafeteria namin ngayon. Lahat kami'y sabay-sabay. Yes, even Mattew. I don't know how but since Mattew became the SSG President ay hindi na siya ginagawang ibang tao nang mga 'to.

Ngumuso si Diego't hindi na nagsalita pa. I ate peacefully while the others talked. They never shut up. Simula nang maging magkaibigan sila'y natutu na silang magbonding. Too much bonding.

At the middle of eating, I felt some strange feeling around me. I feel like someone's watching me. I choose to stay silent and acted normal. "I'll just buy a drink." I told them.

I went to the counter. I ordered a drink. While I was waiting, I got my phone and acted like I'm using it as a mirror. But in reality I'm using it to find the person watching me through the reflection. And got you.

Phoenix? Phoenix from section eleven?

He's hiding across the next table. He's wearing a maroon jacket while holding a camera. Wala siyang kasama o katabi. Hindi rin naman siya napapansin nang iba.

Pero anong ginagawa niya rito? Hindi siya pwede rito, ah. Malaking gulo 'to kung sakali. Siguradong pagtutulungan siya.

"Sir," The woman handed me my order.

Tinanggap ko naman iyon. Hindi muna ako bumalik sa lamesa namin. Instead, I texted Aidan.

Me:

Text your friend Phoenix. Tell him to meet me behind the Auditorium.

Aidan:

E? nong mron?

Me:

Just do it.

Aidan:

I rolled my eyes, as if he could see me. Pinuntahan ko ang mga kaklase't sinabing may naiwan ako sa classroom. Hindi pa sila tapos kumain kaya walang nagpumilit na sumama.

I went to the back of the auditorium. Dito sinubukan dumaan nang mga section eleven para mag skip. Tsk!

Hindi rin ako naghintay nang matagal dahil agad ring dumating si Phoenix. He stayed far from me. He squated on the ground and checked something on his camera.

"Anong ginagawa mo sa cafeteria namin?" I asked directly.

What he did was super bold. He was so brave for that. He risk his life there.  Territory 'yon nang mga special science. Pwedeng pwede siyang pagtulungan dahil siya ang trespasser. And to think na lumapit pa talaga siya.

"Nothing." Giit niya.

Hindi parin siya nakatingin sakin at tinututukan ang Camerang hawak.

"What you did is against the rules. Hindi ka pwede roon."

Finally he glance at me. "Why? Because I sat there?" He raised his brows.

"Sat? Sat there?" He walked closer to him with my hands in my pockets. "Kasama ba sa 'sat' na 'yan ang pangunguha mo nang litrato? You took pictures without their consent."
