I'm at studio right now,
Just got finished with shoot for a clothing brand

Alice literally thought that I was joking when I told her about this marriage that I'm being forced into

Sometimes I really wish that I could run away
Far away
And live the way I want too
Not how my parents want

As tempting as this idea sounds
The harsh reality is that it's not possible
No matter where I go, how far I go
They will find me

As if this already going on mental torture wasn't enough
I got a call from my dear mom

[Jennie, Taehyung will be picking you up from your studio today]

"What ? but why ?"

[Don't you need a beautiful dress to wear at your wedding along with a wedding ring which will tie a knot between the Jung's and Kim's forever]

"A wedding ring,
More like a rope around me,
Not letting me leave the evil things you have planned for me" I said trying my best not to cry and shout at her

[If you are done speaking then I would like to inform you that Taehyung will be there in about 20 minutes,
Do not make him wait
Please behave well]
And with that she had cut the call

After taking a deep breath I gather all my stuff

As I was about to exit, my phone rang
I answered
[Come outside] and with that the call was cut
From the voice I identified that it was Taehyung
How did he even get my number

I walk out the studio and spot a black Porsche with tainted windows parked outside
Taehyung rolled down the window and spoke "Get in"
I hate the way he is just ordering me around

I open the door and sit inside the car
None of us ever bothered to even greet each other

"Where are we going first ?" I asked

"To get a wedding dress for you
Is there any particular type of dress you want ?"

"Anything would work"

"Are you sure ?, usually girls are very picky with what to wear
After all it's what you will be wearing at your wedding" he said

"Wedding or more like a plan of my parents using me as an object for their own benefit" I said under my breath, I'm not sure weather he heard me, but I'm pretty sure he did because of change in his expressions

After a long and silent drive we finally reached at our destination

A lady at the store helped me choose my wedding dress
Taehyung just sat their, watching

Honestly I wasn't even paying attention to the dresses I was trying on as no matter how hard I try to accept the reality, I just cannot

If it wasn't for the really nice and sweet lady there, I probably would've chosen the first dress I saw after walking in
But she made sure I got the dress that suits me perfectly

After getting rings we were on our way back, or atleast I thought so
But Taehyung stopped the car

"What happened ?" I asked him being clueless

He looked at me in the eye

"What's making you do this ?" He spoke in his dangerously deep voice

"What do you mean ?"

"Jennie, I know you don't want to marry me
Then why did you agree to this ?" He said turning to look at me, his voice sounded demanding as he won't accept if I won't answer

"Do you actually think that I have a choice
Because I don't
Getting married to you, who is like a literal stranger to me
Is not my choice
It's my parents, they are forcing me
They are not doing this because of their friendship with your dad,
They are doing this because of you are your family's reputation and wealth
It feels like they are selling me off
And I cannot do anything" my eyes were getting teary

He just sat their looking at me, he probably doesn't even care about what I'm saying
He must be thinking about how annoying I can be
And it is making me more angry and frustrated honestly

"And to whom I'm being forced to marry is not helping my situation at all
I'm sorry Taehyung but it is true
All the things that I've heard about you and how your nature is and other things
And your behavior towards me" I said without thinking before speaking
Did I speak too much ?
He looks angry as his hold on the staring wheel tightens

"I'm sorry I don't know what got in my mind that I said that all
It's just" I quickly apologized

Ugh I want to kill myself, specially after realizing what I just said to him
Oh God, can today's day be any worse

Getting all my strength I look up at him
He wasn't looking at me anymore, he was looking at the road
Then he started his car and spoke, "It's getting late, I'll drive you home now"

I just sat their not responding

Getting all my strength I asked him
"Do you want to marry me ?
Because I'm pretty sure you don't" I asked hoping for an answer
But as expected from him
The answer never came

After 15 minutes my house came into view

I got out of car and then turned around to look at him
Two servents came and picked the shopping bags

"Bye" I said and walked in the gate
I didn't wait for him to say it back as I knew he probably won't even say it

"How did your day go ?
Hope you didn't cause any problems for Taehyung" Mom asked sipping tea from her mug

"No mother I didn't cause him any problem"

"Thank goodness, I was afraid that he might cancel this wedding after seeing your clumsy and annoying behavior"

I ran upstairs not wanting to hear any more of her taunting statements

"Atleast show me your wedding dress" she shouted
But I didn't listen and got in my bedroom slamming the door shut loudly, making sure that she heard it

I'm thinking that maybe getting married to Taehyung won't be that bad,
Because I'll get to live away from my parents
And Taehyung's parents and brother seems to be really nice,
But I cannot say the same for him

He's a rude and arrogant jerk
Who bosses people around
I dont like his behavior,
He makes me scared, but today I said some harsh words to him and didn't react
Maybe he isn't even that bad

But I would still prefer getting buried in a grave alive than getting married to him

So this was end of this chapter
