"Seb is just the cutest child in the world." Charles says, touched. "I'm going to get diabetes here, it's so sweet." Pascal murmurs and the others nod as they watch Mick and Seb play.

The doorbell rings. "Can I go?" Seb asks in English. "I thought he didn't understand you?" Pascal asks, turning to Charles. He rubs the back of his neck and mumbles, "I was speaking French." Pascal shakes his head in mock disapproval and mumbles, "Always these French people!"

Charles' mouth drops open in shock before he starts chasing his brother around the house. "Can I?" Seb asks uncertainly and Michael immediately says "Of course Seb, go ahead."

When you hear the front door open, the little boy looks disappointedly at Michael. "Now it's already open." The young boy notes sadly.

But when the person enters the room, Seb is beaming again. "Kimi!!!" he cheers and runs towards the Finn. He cheers and runs towards the Finn, who has crouched down on the floor in the meantime. Kimi laughingly puts his arms around the little whirlwind and stands up with him in his arms.

The two go into the kitchen, where Michael later finds them eating ice cream. Kimi does not let his little Sebby out of his sight.

They play, eat, laugh, read, watch TV and experience things together. Seb sleeps in Kimi's bed and Kimi can definitely imagine worse.

Because in Seb he has found his own family koala. Seb snuggles up to everyone who comes to him and his highlight of the day is always when he lies in Kimi's arms in the evening, snuggled up in a blanket, and Kimi reads him a story.

~•~•~

Kimi is known for his cool and stoic demeanor on the racetrack, but today, he's at a playground with 5-year-old Seb. The sun is shining, and children are running around, their laughter filling the air.

Kimi watches as Sebastian climbs the jungle gym with enthusiasm, his small hands gripping the bars tightly. He stands nearby, sipping a cup of coffee from a thermos. The Finn observes the other parents, chatting and smiling, while he remains his usual reserved self.

Seb, full of energy, races over to Kimi, his eyes sparkling with excitement. "Kimi, come swing with me!" he pleads.

Kimi raises an eyebrow, his expression unchanging. "Swing? Alright."

He puts down his coffee and follows the young boy to the swings. As Kimi sits down on one of the swings, the German gleefully hops onto the neighboring one. Kimi pushes off the ground gently, causing his swing to sway back and forth. Seb, on the other hand, squeals with delight, urging Kimi to go higher.

"Higher, Kimi, higher!" Sebastian shouts, his tiny hands gripping the chains tightly.

The older one obliges, pushing harder and making the swing go higher. A small smile tugs at the corner of his mouth as he watches Sebastian's joy. The child's laughter is infectious, and for a moment, Kimi forgets about lap times and race strategies.

After some time, they switch to the slide, with Kimi patiently waiting at the bottom to catch Seb as he gleefully slides down. They play tag, with Kimi's long strides making it impossible for Sebastian to catch him. Each activity is a new adventure for the 5-year-old, and Kimi finds himself enjoying the simple pleasures of the playground.

As the sun begins to set, and the other children start to leave, Kimi and Sebastian sit on a bench together, catching their breath. Sebastian leans against Kimi, his small head resting on Kimi's shoulder.

"Kimi, you're fun!" Sebastian says, his voice filled with genuine affection.

Kimi looks down at the child, a rare warmth in his eyes. "You're not so bad yourself, kulta."

They sit there for a while longer, savoring the bond they've forged on this sunny afternoon at the playground. For a moment, Kimi Raikkonen, the Formula 1 iceman, finds himself in a world of simple joys and genuine connections, thanks to a 5-year-old boy named Sebastian Vettel.
