Chapter 7

Nunew pov

When I got to my room I was kind of still annoyed at my mom. I really hate having to go to therapy every week but my parents and therapist insist on it so I have no choice. As I was still mad I got a call from Zee
"Hey baby" said Zee
"Hie"
"Baby, what's wrong. You sound like you're in a bad mood "
" my mom just scolded me because I missed therapy this week"
" I'm sorry baby, I'm sure it's because she cares"
"I know Zee"
" okay,can I take you on a date to cheer you up baby"
"Of course you can, let me find a reason to get out of this jail "
" how about moving out of the house" Zee said
"Well everytime I bring it up, my parents say I'm too young"
" okay, how're about I convince them"
" that'd be awesome Zee"
" okay then should I come over tonight for dinner then"
"What about our date" I said
" the sooner you move out ,the sooner we will have freedom to do whatever we want baby"
" okay Zee, I guess I'm going to see you at dinner then" he said pouting
"Baby, please don't pout. Will go on our date soon okay"
I just dropped the call before he could say anything

At dinner

" Nunew ,come have dinner " said his mom
" I don't want to eat mom" I said pretending
" Nunew ,I know you angry at your mom sweetie but you have to eat" she begged
" no thanks mom"
" Zee ,can you please go and convince nephew to come eat"
" let me go get him" Zee said leaving the table

He got to my room and smashed his lips on mine
"I missed you so much my baby"
" I missed you too Zee" he said pouting
" baby you still sad because I cancelled our date" Zee said
"Zee, you could have convinced my parents some other day but you chose today"
" baby please forgive you Zee please" he said making a cute face
" I'll forgive you this once, I said hugging him then he kissed my forehead
"Let's go to dinner then"

We walked downstairs to find my parents still waiting for us before they ate
" Zee how did you manage to convince him to get out his room" Thorn said surprised
"Why do you look so surprised " Zee said
" when he's angry about something it's impossible to get him out" Thorn
" well I made a promise I'm hoping you'd help me keep" Zee said
"What's the promise" Am said
" Nunew wants me to help convince you guys that he's ready to move out" Zee said
" No, he's not ready yet"said Thorn
" You see, I told Zee. They won't agree" Nhu pouted
"Why ,Thorn, he's 18 already. Let the kid go have an independent life. You can even set up some rules if you want"
"No Zee, he's not ready"
" dad,mom, I promise I will behave and follow your rules even when I'm leaving alone. I'll be responsible please,please, please please please please...."
"Okay Nhu, you can move out end of this week. We have to go apartment hunting for you first"
"Actually you don't have to do that at all" said Zee
"Why" Thorn said
"Well I have a penthouse that near Nhu college. It fully equipped with everything he might need. He can have that one"
" that's settled then, Nhu you can move whenever you want . I trust Zee's choice for you" said Thorn

"Thanks dad, I'll move a day after tomorrow. I'll be packing tomorrow then leave the day after"
" okay son"
"Nunew, I expect you home next weekend though because your little brother Prem is coming home from boarding school "
" yes mom"

Prem is Nhu's brother who is 10 years old

The next day I was packing all my things then later that day Zee picked me up to go show me the penthouse
"Hey baby"
" Zee you can't call me that, at my house"
" baby, you didn't complain last night"
"Zee"
" I'm sorry Nhu, okay let's go show you your new place"
"Okay"

After a while we arrived
"Zee, this place is so beautiful "
" I knew you'd like it "
" I don't just like it ,I love it Zee, thank you so much "
" anything for you baby" he said pecking my lips

"So when is our date going to be"
" how're tomorrow,soon as you're done moving in"
" okay "

We then left and went back home

The next day my parents helped me move and they liked the place Zee gave me.

Later that day I decide to text my man
"Zee, what time is our date"
" 1m going to pick up at 1830 baby"
"Where are we going "
" it's a surprise baby"
" okay then what should I wear"
" just wear something casual "
"Okay"

1830 on the dot Zee was out side to pick me up

"Baby, you look so beautiful baby"
Thanks Zee, you dont look too bad yourself"

He then opened the door for me and we left
" so are you going to tell me where we're going"
" no baby, I said it a surprise remember"
"Okay fine"

We talked about random stuff throughout the journey. We arrived at our destination 30mins later
It was my favorite Thai restaurant and Zee had booked it out, it was just the two of us.
As I exited the car there was a pathway of roses from the car till table where were going to be sitting.
Before I could sit down Zee gave me huge bouquet of pink roses then he pulled out a chair for me. I put the roses in the empty chair beside me and sat down
Zee had ordered our food beforehand  so we didn't have to wait a lot.
"So does my boyfriend like his first date" Zee said looking at me
"I love it Zee, how did you know this was my favourite restaurant"
" I did my research"
" okay ,lets finish eating here. You still have one more surprise before we call it a night"
" okay , I'm done anyways. So let's go"

Zee drove Nhu to the beach
" Zee ,how did you know I love the beach"
" I told baby ,I did my research "
" I love you so much Zee"
" I love you too my baby"

We took a walk around the beach with Zee and Zee kept on stealing kisses and I pretended to pout although I liked it.
