Summary: Luke decides to surprise you with a promise ring (that he will always love you) when you are at the beach with him, Annabeth and Grover.
The Story:

The soft waves splashed against my ankles as I set foot in the water. It was a beautiful summer day and with some convincing, Annabeth, Luke, and Grover brought you to the beach to swim and relax. Before we left to the beach, Annabeth forced me into a (Favorite color) bikini, saying "Luke will love it!" and of course he did, because he loved when I was confident in my body. A hand reached my hip from behind and I turned to see my loving boyfriend of 2 years standing in front of me. I slung my arms around his neck and gently kissed his nose. He pouted when I pulled away.
"I think you missed my mouth, sweetheart." He smirked. I chuckled and pressed my lips to his. Luke's arms gently wrapped around my waist and pulled me into him. I smiled into the kiss and so did he. When we broke apart, our smiles never left.
"Hey lovebirds! Lets play some frisbee!" Annabeth yelled over and Grover glanced at Luke before making his way to grab a bright green frisbee in the sand. I was a bit confused on why Grover did that, but I nodded and walked a few feet to my right, making a rectangle between the four of us. Grover then threw the frisbee my direction, but it sailed over my head and landed in the sand behind me. I ran to go retrieve it, but noticed writing on the frisbee.
"What...?" I asked myself, and picked it up. It read:
I promise. - Luke (today's date)
I turned around to see a smiling Luke on one knee, holding up a (favorite gem) ring. I gasped and tears pricked at my eyes.
"(Y/N), I love you, and I always will love you. I promise. So I got you this promise ring, so no matter what, you will always be reminded of my promise." Luke said, shedding a few tears. His smile never faltered and I gave a watery smile back.
"I love you so much." I said and brought him into a passionate, sweet kiss. When we pulled away, he slipped the beautiful ring onto my finger. Luke then kissed my hand and grinned.
"Forever and always (Y/N)." He said simply. I grinned and entangled his fingers in mine.
"Forever and always." I replied.
