Connor Stoll x Reader

I walked to the lunch pavilion, heading to the Hermes Table. I was already claimed by (G/P), but my best friends Connor and Travis are the sons of Hermes, so I sit with the twins. I plop down in between the two and smile at them.

'Hey boys! How ya doin'?" I ask, grabbing my plate full of food, a portion given to the gods of course.

"We're good! Planning a new prank! Wanna join?" Connor replies, looking at me. I nod and start to eat as I hear Travis explaining the plan once again. Percy comes over and decides to join and offers his water powers to help.

Connor and I walk deeper into the forest and finally find a tree trunk to sit on. Connor and I are the bait for a decent prank. We pretend that Connor is asking me out, just as Drew walks by, taking her afternoon walk, as always at 2:30pm. Then, she will threaten to spill our "secret" and Percy will drop 3 gallons of water from the lake onto her head (He was hiding in the trees above us). Drew will then scream and stomp off, setting off a trip wire set up by Travis, causing her to trip face first into a pile of mud.

Sure enough, I see Drew in the distance, and I look at Connor. I wink, our signal for him to start to "ask me out". He nods and takes a deep breath.

"(Y/N)," He says quite loud for Drew to take notice. "I have loved you since the moment Percy and Annabeth had saved you from that chimera a year ago. I love the way you smile and your laugh and the way your eyes sparkle in the sun. So (Y/N), will you be my girlfriend?" He smiles at me, with a hopeful look in his expression. I melt, realizing my true feelings for the prankster in front of me.

"Yes Connor!" I scream happily and pull him in for a hug. I feel him smile until I hear a shrill voice.

"I knew it!" Drew screeched. "I'm going to tell the whole camp about you two!" She gives us an evil smile. I smile back, knowing she will get what she deserves. Right on cue, Percy drops the water on the evil Aphrodite girl in front of us. She yelps and stomps away, right on schedule. Travis pulls on the wire and Drew falls into the mud. Connor and I are dying of laughter and Percy almost falls out of the tree laughing. I hear Drew run away and I high five the three boys.

"Nice job everyone!" I grin and look at my best friends. I look at Travis and see him pulling a confused Percy out of the forest.

"What.....? Connor....?" I turn around to see Connor on one knee and a ring pop in his hand. I laugh and grin at him.

"(Y/N), everything I said back there was true, and I'm not gonna say it again, because we don't have time. But, I really love you. Will you be my girlfriend (Y/N)?" Connor looks at me and holds up the ring pop.

I squeal and accept the ring pop, nodding my head. Connor stands and hugs me, spinning me around. I give Connor a sweet kiss as we walk hand in hand back to camp.
