Bucky and Steve were arguing while Alice was sitting in the corner watching with her ears covered "I'm leaving steve! You can't expect me to keep her here!" Bucky yelled "You can't just leave the team, you're the best agent here!" Steve retorted back "I'm not staying here, just accept that" he yelled back "You have a job to do Bucky, you have never left when you have a job to do! Why now?!" he slammed his hand on the table "guys you need to stop" Natasha spoke calmly as she noticed Alice starting to tear up "Stay out of this Natasha" Steve snapped at her "Don't yell at her" Bucky glared at him
Alice eventually screamed from feeling like she was trapped then a blast of purple energy came out of her at all sides "Alice?" Bucky walked over to her and grabbed her hands "I'm sorry I didn-" she started "Hey, it's ok" he cut her off "I'm scared" she sniffled "I know, I'm sorry, we can go pack my room together ok? Play some music" he assured her "Ok, yea" she smiled as Bucky hugged her while picking her up "I'm leaving Steve, and you're not stopping me" He started walking upstairs "I'm going with him too" Natasha spoke "You can't leave too Na-" he started "I'm leaving Steve" she shot him a look then walked up the stairs to Bucky's room
Alice was sleeping in the back seat while Bucky was focusing on the road "This could be good for her" Nat looked at him "Yea, she could just be free, run around, draw" he smiled softly then looked at her through the mirror "She looks so peaceful when she sleeps" she looked to the back "Yea, but at any moment the peace could be ruined by one bad memory" he sighed "And that's why we'll be here to help her" she smiled with a bit of assurance "Yea" he smiled back then looked back on the road
